Sonny wanted to go back to Germany, after having a bad season, after his first season at Spurs in England... He spoke German and no English, had to learn new language and culture, and settling down was not easy...
Mason had a horrific and tragic accident on the field while playing and it ended his career as a player forever. It's a miracle that he lives today...
Sonny and Mason played together on the field as players... Now as Manager and player, they celebrate their small victory (tied after losing 2 goals) against a big club like Manchester United, when Tottenham is going through an internal crisis of losing Managing Director Paratici and losing Manager Conte WITHOUT FINDING PERMANENT REPLACEMENT FOR BOTH OF THOSE POSITIONS.
After the disastrous game with New Castle, many fans wanted to throw in the towel and call quits with this club.
But watching these two, Sonny & Mason, supporting each other and encouraging each other, it gives us fans a little ray of hope, after having so much crisis & hardship this season with this club.
Whether Harry and Sonny leaves this team after this season, I do not blame them if they do, I want to support them while they are still here.
Ryan Mason, you are the man~! Do not let anyone look down at you due to your young age or your limited experience as manager! Keep going because we have your back! COYS~!!! 🔥👍✌️

Lea, Cristian wanted to keave… as he is very loyal to Conte. Levy and the board threatened to sue… and the players asked him to stay. So I am not only his brother, i went to all games and knew what happened everyday. Biased is the wrong adjective you want to associate with me. What the players wanted was not to work hard anymore and to detached themselves from Conte’s style of football. Cristian’s mistake was to listen to their request to play offensive football and he gave it to them…. Afterwards (wrongly if you ask me) taking the blame. Where was your new hero throughout all this drama…, the assistant coach?? At home… planning with a couple of the team. Shame on him. He is no one. And a little person.

For me Mason isnt the right choice too. The last time we appointed him he only played his favourite mates like Winks for example. It seems like the players only want to stay in their comfort zone…

Was sad enough to read Cristian being labelled.. Rookie … and Mason a wow. He turned 49 2 days ago. Mason played half career and the rest saved by Tottenham… my brother won championships in many divisions and captain and hero in Genoa. Played for Como and Bari in Serie A. Career of 20 years and. Even played with the likes of Milito (Champions league winner in 2010 with Mourinho). With Conte won 3 Serie A with Juventus and 1 recently at Inter also led squad (Lukaku and Lautaro) with Antonio’s trust. Last year they saved the season… this year Eric, Harry and many other all focused on world cup and came back with juries and half tank empty… and lots of excuses. We loved Spurs… and got the worst of it. Their loss. Good luck to Ryan. But he is a little person.

I never questioned the players passion (except for that terrible loan Gareth Bale 😔) but man we really need to stop conceding so many goals. Who will remained un-named. Mason should have been sacked…
If Eric had trusted other defenders and been more aggressive against Rashford, the result might have been different. I don't want to blame anyone, but Eric is not capable of playing our team's central defender. Rather, Lenglet who hasn't played a season is more helpful to the team.

From the chance that we've created its pretty obvious, having a runner from midfield, wingback or anyone to occupy that striker position would've gotten us a shit ton of goals. Just having someone be in the box to pounce on dangerous cutbacks and crosses would do us a world of good. Put Kane in there and there'll be no one to create that chance, when Kane creates that chance no one was there to take advantage of it. Off to Liverpool now
