- Wizard does very well currently for reliable damage output! Particularly in newer content where there is mechanics you have to learn, Wizard comes out best for ease of play, fully ranged capability and just high baseline of damage. I can confidently say it is currently the best for any newer player who just wants to do high effective damage without a lot of effort. But still make sure you are actually using the right powers and to min max, take advantage of the correct rotation for artifact calls!

Was thinking of your warlock video. I think a good way to rebalance the class with a simple change would be to have kf's cd reset on a chance when dealing dmg with a curse.
Since the changes with smolder I only run Arcanist in AoE and ST. Feels better and the CA bonus against everything makes AoE fights much more relaxed
I feel like my overall DPS is lower for AOE, but arcanist AOE is also very useful for end game content cause it has a ton of more cc to protect the team. That steal time gives people like rogues and other melee a chance to burst without getting hurt

As u said, you need to be fast with the rotations. Recently my inputs are take 2 circle around the world and finally get to the game server. Other times my abilites goes like 3-2-1-pressing button-1 again-get confused and fucked at the same time - maybe casting idk just wait. Its a mess. And it happanes in dungeon, not on a 20/25 full insatance bheâŚ

Not CW related but a question about Bards redoublement. I assume start with ad libitum? Does the 10% buff last until cd is over?
Tbh not sure. Never really focused on that feat. Just use it to not accidentally cast something else and lose your other casts
Scorching burst causes my wizard to start hands flaming and then I can't move way to often. Sometimes I can transport out and come back but not always.
It has some movement locking bug, yes
it happens alot to me mostly when I dodge.. just stuck, must restart the game or change zone.
Buff Arcanist to make it competitive.
Thaumaturge is fine where it's at. The easiest and best ranged class.
I hope the DEVs see your test damage videos, and do some adjusts in the classes based on the actual stronger dps classes like Bard ans Rogue, specially on Warlocks and Fighters
Warlocks do plenty if you know how to play and animation cancel them, I know warlocks that can keep up in all content with all other classes đ

Fighters are the heaviest hitters in the game. If not THE heaviest hitter in the game. But gearing one perfectly; and setting up all its different builds are at a level most people don't even consider playing. Let alone learning every niche scenario and how to use your block to optimize rage.
But it is THE heaviest hitter as far as I am aware. Just like a hunter ranger. You aren't gonna be top dmg unless you know how to smoothly transition through 9 skills for a single rotation. (6 encounters, 3 at-wills, all unique - aka: not the same one pressed twice) While also maintaining a constant tracker in your mind following the amount of melee vs ranged powers used to not lose anything from the 3% dmg bonus in feats.
Where on my wizard. I go. 1-2-3-4 1-2-3-4
People just don't realize the skill level other classes take. They definitely don't do "less" dmg though. They just take "more" to do the same. (Taken with the grain of salt, not every player will be exactly 90% everything, infact 90% of players probably can't even picture their builds having full 90% stats)
I don't think a balance is needed. I personally love being able to run on my ranger. Turn on some phonk music, and play at 300 Actions per minute.
Same time. I love to hop on my wizard and make "crash, boom" sound effects as I press 4 basic skills and watch everything go "poof".
THey all do good dmg. Its a matter of "How skillfully do you want to play?" -- because some have actual requirements of skill.
@@SlinkY_DawG449 if you compare st with identical gear with the best performing rotations warlock will come in last almost always. The only st they have going for them is killing flames. Yeah they can make it by but they really don't have a dedicated st rotation like other classes do. Plain and simple

I got no results using the two tactician upgrade mount, it only reduces 5 seconds, was it nerfed?
perhaps because you have like 30% or more recharge speed?
The amount tacticians reduces is negatively effected by your recharge speed
Thank you very much for giving me your time, I have a 15% reload speed + scintillant amulet and sash + Blessed Advantage , total 45% I always try to have 10 seconds of coldown and I feel frustrated because it does not activate

I'm at a toss up of entangling force and fireball. Cause fire ball has a much less cd so overall your going to get more uses out of it so it may be giving u more DPS overtime. But maybe for artifact call entangling is more burst. But if u count in the whole boss fight I feel fireball would have the higher outcome
Entangling best. Shatterstrike adds 200 magnitude, plus arcane stack damage, plus hex.
Tacticians precission doesnt stack. Icy rays go from 11seconds to 6 seconds when using daily. In my tests they also discount 5 seconds when using 2x tacticians, and it should be 7,5 seconds. Doesnt work.
They do stack, it's just that they actually reduce CD by like 4.2 seconds, so x2= 6.3s. Or something like that, the best proof is that some powers that have less than 7 seconds of CD, if you use x2 tacticians, you still get some CD, even though it should have instant 0 CD, but if you use x3 tacticians, you just get enough for a instant 0 CD on that 7 seconds encounter. (if you have a bard, try to use Lunge then curtain call as daily)
Maybe recharge speed has something to do with tacticians.
That could make sense, a description error, because 5 is between 4 and 6 and is hard to see the difference. I was sure it wasnt 7,5 seconds as it should be if the base were 5 seconds.
Ty for the info. They should fix the description, and also when you use 2 or 3 it should give the exact number because not everyone knows that the bonuses have diminishing returns.
I also though about recharge speed it could have a weird interaction with that CD reduction. It may take the base cd of the power instead your actual cd to calculate the reduction, so in that case, with more recharge speed, you see less reduction.... weird.
Tacticians precision is reduced by the amount of recharge speed you have.

Can you say what boss in the entire game except maybe 3 boss mtic gives the time to use 13 keys during arti call? Boss has been phased a long time before that. Everybody knows it, but you.
Im a returing player and ive noticed something, not sure youve covered it but heres the scenario: so i had my crit strike exceed my item level. The main reason for this; this being important thing coz from my understanding it shouldnt happen. Essentially, every time i equip an item so lets say dark maidens helm which gives +1500 defence, +1,500 Incoming Healing and 1,800 combined rating. But wat i find is its boosting other stats till over time a stat is over the item level threshold and it decreases the bonuses. Is that not a bug? Do you know if yourself or anyones covered this and where to findcthe solution? i doubt im not the only thats had this happen especially when you are trying to build the character to your needs

@@Aragon- doesnt matter wat i add. Stats that should not be raised are being raised when i equip items that dont have +boosts on a given stat.
It's amazing how different your world is from the PUG world. We can have artifact calls but often never know EXACTLY when those are going to happen. So we can sit there for 30 secs without using an encounter expecting the call OR continue to use our encounters and not have them all up for the call. Similarly you can REALLY see the difference between a character with 2x tact vs 1xtact; it's huge regardless of the class. I might take some time off work to farm the hell out of the event to get it on all my characters.
These have been good posts. The PUG community needs all it can get.
