Hi all!
If you are from my decade (early - mid 80s), Adam West was your first Batman. Pretty bummed about his passing but I'd say he made his mark, definitely for me. I tried not to stray too far from the original to shoot for a proper tribute. Thank you Batman.

Eh, he was recognized as one of the best Batmans even before he died. But eh, it's all opinions.
Watching reruns of his show remains one of my fondest childhood memories. Sure, later Batman actors, whether live-action or animated, gave the role a classier, more serious tone, had better action scenes or just plain fit the costume better. But for a child just getting into the whole superhero thing, there was only one true Batman.

I remember watching reruns of Batman when I was a kid! Adam West was my first Batman! Michael Keaton and Kevin Conroy were my second and third!! The memories...

My first Batman growing up back in the 80s. (Back then I personally thought all those reruns I saw were brand new episodes, at least until they restarted from episode one.) You will be missed Adam West.
Buried my uncle this morning. He loved Batman and introduced us all to his version.
I was raised in the 90's (born in 1988), but I watched reruns of the series when I was a kid. I'm 29 and I still wonder how was it possible for Bruce and Dick to change into their costumes as they slid down the Batpoles.
This theme matches so well with metal, it's almost as if it was written for it.
this version sounds like it would've made the perfect theme for a 90s cartoon.

Sitting here starting up probably my 10th playthrough of one of the Arkham games and suddenly the OG theme song popped into my head, and I immediately thought "there's gotta be a good metal cover out there somewhere..."
And here we are. Dude fuckin shreds - sounds fantastic. Still gonna suggest Leo Moracchioli cover this as well, but only because he'll do the lyrics (Batman!) as well. Definitely a fan of... 331Erock? Lol Whatever, he's pretty sick, and I'm subscribing regardless.
