What a treat .... like a symphony ... thanks to you and to the Beatles and Joe Cocker and band mates ... what a work of art. JJ/pt ... you never cease to amaze me.
Hang in there my friend. I have been trying to figure this out by ear for years from what I just saw I was way off. Good stuff. Like your taste in music. Keep playing what you like I'll listen and try to jam along.
been watching some of your videos like your style of teaching ,, been playing over 40yrs but still love watching other peoples interpretations of how to ,, but what i find more impressive is your guitar collection ,, either you own a guitar store or have a money tree ,, some nice fiddles
Great lesson as usual. My wife thinks I know a lot of music trivia. But, you Sir put me to shame. I would love to have a sit down with you and just talk music. But alas I know that could never happen. So please feel free to educate us with your knowledge along with your skills. Thanks for ALL you do to help those of us still trying to find our way through this maze of music styling and the never ending search for tone.
Best version ever! Joe-for this you`ll be in my musical heart forever. And James James thank you so much for the lesson. A lot of space for pretty fill-ins and transitions there and you do them quite well. Rock on. Nice LP. Which amp and effects do you use here?
I really like Joe's version of this nice song but I think James Taylor did absolutely amazing cover on BBC perfomance maybe even better than Beatles. RIP Joe
Russell Scott You should check out the live versions of Delta Lady with that guy (the bass player, I don't know his name) singing the harmony vocals. It's painful!
Hello there. I am subscribed to this channel and I am wondering why I am not getting upload messages in my e-mail. I had no problem getting notices from Privettricker.
Oliver Oliver Yep, got it. I wounder if there's ways of playing in concerts or loudly with something to hear the music clearly but protect your ears :"(
Nope. I bet all those Rock guitarists musicians also have tinnitus. I've only been to a few concerts. They've practically have done it their entire lives.
Did we grow up on the same street? Every song I look up, trying to "get a little help from my friends", has you in it! Thanks!! Friend!
Ha , same here

Is Standart tunning?
Greate tone, whats your amp?
Peavey Vypyr 100
What’s the tuning for this version it’s it in Standard or something else
Serious question: Do you speak English?
James James yes
He clearly said it's a semitone lower to Bb like Hendrix or Steve tuned in most of their music !
@@michaelworse6034 well thanks for the info and btw I wass still pertty new to guitar but now I understand what JJ was saying about the tuning.
Joe could have used a little more help from the background singer, but those were the "Wonder Years".

Jimmy McColluch not Henry
Those are two different people. Henry was in the Grease Band before Wings. Jimmy came along after Henry left Wings.
Have you ever suffered tinnitus?
No.
Oliver Oliver I have,,,,,It's a pretty common problem and it could get serious.
I'm currently suffering from it right now. Maybe its because of all the loud music?
Oliver Oliver Yep, got it. I wounder if there's ways of playing in concerts or loudly with something to hear the music clearly but protect your ears :"(
