Your right in thinking it would affect my device but I own a Samsung which are notorious for there long lasting battery time. I own a Samsung s10 that I've had for the last 4 years? I think and it's never let down

Yes, the perfect recipe...I will add that the room needs to be as dark as possible and the temperature just what you'd expect from a breezy fall or spring storm--mid to upper sixties. In the olden days before AC, people had "sleeping porches" so they could lie in a hammock or porch bed, hearing these sounds and experiencing such weather. We weren't in that era, but I would love that experience. Sleeping with the window open when it's tha6 cool, with a fan on my face and upper body, light layers of warm blankets so I can adjust quickly to changes...perfect. If that's not [possible, then that's the recipe to get as close as possible. Research that cold and dark help suggest hibernation to the body, fostering deeper sleep.
This is my favourite rain video. It’s gentle and lower pitched so it doesn’t stimulate my ears too much. It helps my anxiety so much. I love it, thank you ❤️

Hey, kindly do some spiritual stuffs like take a glass of water and put a half spoon salt into the glass "make sure it's a pure sea salt" not other and keep that glass aside of your bed for a whole night. Once you will wake up in the morning put that glass carefully make sure don't drop any single ounce of water on the floor. Then throw that water into the garden. Now, put a full spoon of sea salt and spread it across the house corner only the room where you sleep. Now see the magic. Amen

I dont want to sound weird but (amazin start huh? :D): I really think this kind of videos + commentary guidelines and the positive attitude in the commentary section has something deeply therapeutical. It helped me a year ago in times of stress related tinnitus. Today i have problems to sleep because i got scammed and will have a hard month ahead. My tummy is reactin extremly nervous and my eyes are wet. But the whole appearance of this chanel is helpin me to be more optimistic. Just the knowledge that guys like you all are out there helps me to remind myself that some bad decisions wont end my life. Bad times come and go. Thank you all so much. And have a cheerful path to 2023. :)

Thanks for understanding, these things happen in life. I’m still replying to comments. I have a trip to New Zealand in 1 week where I will be filming and sound recording in nature for a few weeks - lovely nature there and not many people, so hopefully some nice videos and sound recordings to share with you after that. I’m trying to rest for that trip. I want to try to get a new video or two released on the channel before I go. Sorry again for the delay, there are some nice ones if you feel like having a look through some of the ones I’ve made already. Anyway, I will be working consistently on this channel for a long time. +Olivia Mason perhaps you have a little bit of insomnia, however if rain is working for you then I truly see no harm in listening to it to go to sleep. I actually find if it's dead quiet I can't get to sleep as easily as if there is rain falling outside - or I often put on this rain video myself :) so don't worry I think there are many people the same. It's much better than having to rely on sleeping pills.

The Relaxed Guy popped up in my feed while on vacation in a very small town in Mexico in December 2022. The town noise was over the top chronic every single night. Fireworks, people blaring music till 3am and the church bells starting at 4am. The geography is high iron ore rock, and the houses are shuttered cement so sound carried through the rock and cement. I hadn't been looking up anything regarding sleeping when the soft rain video popped up. I put in an earpiece and suddenly MY SANITY WAS SAVED. Thank you and many blessings to The Relaxed Guy!
