Not only are you going to learn how to use Canva for beginners with the Bulk Create feature but I'll show you a more advanced way of using it to create Instagram carousels. Canva ma coraz więcej funkcji i bardzo ułatwia pracę! Dzięki za ten poradnik przyspieszający tworzenie treści dla mediów społecznościowych. Nie korzystam co prawda z płatnej wersji i tworzenie zbiorcze u mnie nie zadziałało ale mimo wszystko wiem że ta funkcja jest i w razie czego skorzystał z wersji pro ;)
Zdecydowanie tak! ✨ Już szykuję serię kolejnych tutoriali, bo jest o czym mówić. Faktycznie Bulk Create jest dostępne tylko dla użytkowników Canvy Pro, ale tak jak mówisz, warto wiedzieć, że taka opcja istnieje. Choćby po to, żeby w razie potrzeby skorzystać z darmowego okresu próbnego, stworzyć sporą ilość grafik na określony czas i wrócić do korzystania z wersji darmowej.

ONE QUESTION: is it possible to schedule Instagram posts on Canva WITHOUT linking a Facebook account?
I’m so happy you’ve enjoyed it! Unfortunately not since you can schedule to a business account only and business accounts need to be connected via Facebook.
Can you show us how to schedule out the month with this creation?? I'm having issues. It lets me schedule once and then it asks me to duplicate the project if I want to schedule again??
Loved the video, but does it matter that the design template is the same for all 30, or should we change each design to make them different?
If you have to ask, you should.
It depends on what your overall posting schedule looks like. As I mention in this video, this method shouldn’t really be used to create all of your content but it’s fine for one type of content to sprinkle in. For example, I use the same carousel template for all my carousel content, changing between two of my background colors. If I were to only post carousels, I would definitely switch up the graphics. It basically comes down to how much differentiation you already have within your content. If it’s nicely mixed up and you throw in one of your 30 auto-generated graphics from time to time, it’s fine. But if you’re relying on this method for the majority of your content, then I’d definitely change them.

Próbuję wygenerować wizytówki ze zdjęciami ale po wstawieniu przykładowej grafiki na stronę z szablonem nie mam w menu podręcznym opcji podłączenia grafik, które umieściłem w kolumnie z danymi. Oczywiście dla pól tekstowych połączenie z danymi z tabelki dział prawidłowo. Używam wersji PRO (Canva dla zespołów) w polskiej wersji językowej. Proszę o pomoc.
Cieszę się, że tutorial jest pomocny! 😊 Opcja dodawania zdjęć jest dostępna przez manualne okno danych i z tego co wiem nie jest możliwe przy załadowaniu danych z arkusza. Proponuję wkleić dane z arkusza po zaznaczeniu pierwszej komórki w oknie manualnym, po czym wybrać kolumnę ze zdjęciem z panelu ponad tabelą i manualnie dodać zdjęcia. Jeśli się nie mylę, jest to jedyna opcja. Nie mniej, przekażę do zespołu Canvy infomację, że importowanie zdjęć z arkusza byłoby bardzo przydatne! W końcu dlatego używamy tej funkcji, żeby maksymalnie zaoszczędzić czas 😊 Pozdrawiam!

Of course! I would make sure that the sizing is correct for the platforms you’re intending to use the graphics on, but Bulk Create can be used for different types of content or to cross-post 🙌
When I right click a picture there's no connect button. But text work fine . any tips for me plz 😅
Every time I batch create, it skips the first video that I initially create. So if I have 185 videos created in a batch, it writes over the first one and only creates 184. Any tips? Thank you!
I think you need to put a different video as a placeholder on that first page and include the actual first video in the list that you're connecting to the bulk create design.... Does that make sense?

You’re very welcome! Unfortunately for now, you can only use Bulk Create fully on desktop but I think they are working on fixing it for the phone users too.

It’s a free element from the Canva library! The authors are @sketchify and it’s called “Gradient Shape Logo Element” - you can just search for it there. Normally, it’s quite colorful with reds, yellows, blues and greens but I’ve changed the colors to different green shades to create this effect. Hope it helps!

Is bulk creation available only for Pro accounts on Canva?
It’s available to Pro, Edu, Teams and Non-profit accounts on desktop only.
@NataliaKalinska my account is non-profit. However, the bulk creation was not available until i created a Pro account
I tried using bulk creation, but Canva says that 'The bulk creation is not available for this option,' and I chose exactly the same option (doc) as shown in your video. What am I doing wrong??
I’ve started by creating a doc to use Magic Write to generate tips first. I then opened a new design (Instagram post in Portrait) and that’s where I used Bulk Create. Bulk Create is not available in docs but you should be able to use it easily in regular designs.
