    The amount of tunnels in this highway explains the high cost of construction. Chinese engineers are truly world-class.

    Thank you for the video. I am a subscriber. I watch all your videos. One curious question. China is an industrial country. Lot of manufacturing. But most of your expressway videos we don't see any heavy trucks, containers, freight traffic. Is there any alternate route that the freight traffic use? Maybe railway or ship?

    • @中国街景
      @中国街景  Před rokem

      There are many trucks on some relatively busy highways, and there are also many container trailers in coastal port cities.

    • @pass3d
      @pass3d Před rokem +3

      Yunnan locates in southerwest china, not so many industrial hubs. try search G2 (Beijing Shanghai) or G42 (Chengdu Shanghai) highway, lots of sections are 8 lanes with so many trucks.

    • @xnz7627
      @xnz7627 Před rokem +3

      Container transportation is mainly used in sea transportation. China is an industrial country and imports relatively few things, so the inland provinces use container transportation less. Even containers for export are concentrated in coastal provinces. Yunnan is not a province with many industries. In addition, more trucks are used for transportation in China, because loading and unloading is more convenient than containers. Another key point is that night or midnight is the peak period for driving large trucks, because they avoid peak periods of traffic flow, especially long-distance vehicles.

    • @xnz7627
      @xnz7627 Před rokem +3

      In addition, this is not the main highway, so there is relatively less cargo transportation here, and there will be a lot more high-speed trucks going to the inland and distant sea provinces. In addition, there are many high-speed roads in China, and there are also many route choices. For some short-distance transportation, some drivers choose national ways to avoid tolls.

    • @hzz9670
      @hzz9670 Před rokem +2

      根据2004年5月1日实施的《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》,“超车道”一说早已被取消:
      原《高速公路交通管理办法》
      第十条规定:“高速公路以沿机动车行驶方向左侧算起,第一条车道为超车道,第二、第三条车道和其他车道为行车道。”同时规定,最左侧一条车道只有在超车时才能使用,故称之“超车道”。第十四条规定:“机动车在高速公路上通行时,应当在行车道行驶。” 超车后要及时驶回行车道,长期占用超车道是违章行为。《道路交通安全法》及其《实施条例》实施后,上述规定废止,取消超车道、行车道后,法规并没有按照以前的模式就各条车道作出明确定义,只是对各条车道的行驶速度作了规定。
