      The people we help to get in end up helping themselves. If you can learn how the employers mine works then you have something to offer the employers
      The training linked below has 50 hours of important information that allows you to approach the employer for the Nipper, Truck, Agi and offsider jobs.
      The jobs are all over the country in Gold, Nickel, Copper, Zinc and other base metal mines

    • @AustralianMiningforNewStarters
      @AustralianMiningforNewStarters  Před 2 lety +1

      @@Psrrrraj no there will be jobs as people move from the jumbo into management position
      Some people only want to bore holes and spend a Lifetime on the jumbo, most after a couple of years find it repetitive and boring and by the five year mark they are looking to do something different
      Which can also be very strange from an outsider looking in, as a move from the jumbo to a shift boss management position often means a drop in pay
      Reading from your other comments about becoming an offsider, to get to the jumbo you need to start as a Nipper on the main crew or a truck driver on the main crew to get to the Jumbo job
      You can't go from a surface drilling job or a diamond drilling underground job to a Jumbo, it just doesn't work like that
      Hope that info helps

      @Psrrrraj Před 2 lety +1

      @@AustralianMiningforNewStarters yeah I’d rather be an offsider than a nipper and progress through drilling, I think it would just be more rewarding of a role personally and earns enough money for me to go home and be happy especially if I progress through the drilling ranks
