Do you have any idea when or if the primeweld will be available again?
On that side is each plate 5 dollars, are is they 5 for a bundle of 10?
Can you explain before I go buy
@@dionbray4048 They're sold in packs of 10. You get 10 pieces for the price. The product description also confirms that.
Do you have to be a high-school graduate to take your welding course
Hi so i have this machine and am unable to use the foot pedal due to physical issues, is there a way to figure this out use the finger trigger? Like settings for the 4t? Idk if you will see this but i would appreciate some advice on how to do this.
“Its not that complicated” 😂😂😂 great demonstration I will try to form a weld pool on aluminum tomorrow after 3 days of trying.
I started learning welding 30 years ago at Tech College, but after changing jobs and not having access to machines I had forgotten a lot of what I was taught. Now as a 50 year old with a bit of spare time and some disposable cash for tool toys, I've started to relearn. These videos are so helpful. Thank you so very much for the wealth of information you are sharing
Man as a graduate from a GTAW focused welding program , this is one of the best beginner exercise videos I have seen on aluminum. Keep up the awesome instruction. Your a great teach man.
Excellent video, A+
Excellent, thanks for this and all the rest. This is exactly what a beginner needs. No secret settings or magical gimmick tooling. Just set up as instructed and drill, drill, drill. There's no way around it, but it can be daunting if you don't know where to start. This is the perfect starter if you've got a machine and are ready to learn.
One of your best instructions.
Focused, clear and nothing that didn’t need to be there
The arc shot on phantom dabbing cracked me up... What a great video and drill.
Absolutely great video! One of the best welding videos ever! Thank you and great job!
One of the best aluminum videos out there, thanks Justin! Recommendation for a future video topic: You're doing an aluminum weld on a project and you boff it up. It would be really good to understand which types of aluminum welding mistakes are "recoverable" (and how) vs. which type of mistakes send the part to the scrap bin. Keep up the great work!
I am learning so much from these videos. Thank you for putting the time in to share skills and drills.
Great lesson Justin. Thanks for all your hard work!
Thanks for the video, perfect timing for me as I received my prime weld 225 last week. Over the years I've welded almost all metals in many processes except Tig aluminum. After a few hrs I was able to achieve fair results but some of these tips will definitely help, especially the control of the edge weld. Very happy with the machine so far, ( I used your evaluation to make my decision). Looking forward to more videos.
I’ve watched a plethora of welding videos online to try to learn TIG properly. This is easily one of the best and easiest to understand videos out there. The torch shots, the explanations.....easy to understand. I can’t wait to put this into practice. These are the exercises I want to learn before signing up for a class, because I’m sure I’m like a lot of people, and I don’t want to come into a class without understanding even the basics. Keep these up!
Just ran these drills for my first time ever welding Aluminum, and only a handful of times TIG welding in general, it was challenging and very fun, I did better than I expected! thanks for the awesome video and instructions.
Great lesson. Can't wait to try it.
Thanks so much for reading the comments and using the Prime weld 225 in this video. I bought because of your review.
Awesome video man thanks . I’m a trained and skilled certified welder in Canada lol I learned to tug weld in school just good enough to pass my tests . 99% of my career was stick ,mig ,metal core . So as a tug welder I’m basically a newbie, your videos are a real help for young and old alike who want to weld tug . Thank you
I think this is one of the best episodes you have ever teach 🙌 thanks for sharing your experience
An exceptional demonstration of teaching skill! Well done and thank you.
Awesome. Succinct, accurate, engaging, valuable. Thank you x
love it. most complete beginner's video ever! Thanks a lot!
Hey man! Thank you for your videos! You are the only one I've actually been able to understand and I learned what was doing wrong. Have been getting better and better!
Great video thank you. Excellent channel also. I just picked up my first tig and I’ve picked up so many bits of information from you. Thank you so much 👍
Best welding, fabrication, learning channel. Good job, keep up the good work!
These videos really help a whole lot!
Wow! I'm so excited. I'll be coming to Vegas for work in December and I really wanna take the class. This video was AWESOME I can't wait.
I recently bought a TIG machine and was able to start pretty quickly thanks to your videos. Great content, thank you!
Thank for that class very motivated
I love the new structure with people in the background - feels much more dynamic! keep up the amazing work Justin!!
Once again, extremely useful instruction. Thanks, Justin! 👍💪
What a great training video!
This guy should have more subscribers!!!! Excellent explanation and easy to understand 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Excellent Justin!!
dude, I always learn something when I watch your vids, thanks for sharing.
The quality of this vid is on point. Thanks master
A very enjoyable way to learn that helps keep my enthusiasm levels high as I learn in isolation.
Thanks for all the information .I have learned a lot
Awsome class today. Thanks as always.
Awesome video guys!! Thanks, from Canada!
I have this welder ... thanks tons for the quick review of proper settings! Love the videos!
Good info as well as the talent for teaching. Enjoying it... Thanks.
Really awesome video. Thanks. I switched to Tig about a year ago getting this 225 machine, really just for a hobby as I enjoy learning It's all been a bit overwhelming certainly. Practice and many videos and this video really helped out. Cheers!
"Melt the whole part down and completely destroy it... Who cares?", "Burn some friggin metal and have fun"... That just sounds exactly like the way I built my first welding cart :)
I’m just starting and find these youtube videos to be invaluable. Thanks a lot Justin.
Thank you so much. This was insanely helpful
This is an amazing lesson.
Justin thank you for doing these videos. I have learned a lot by watching your videos. I myself am using a Miller multi 215.
I bought that welder because you had given it a good review. Came with the improved pedal, and had a push button switch for the torch to use 4 step. The pedal is good, as good as the pedal on the Lincoln I use at work. Still haven't welded aluminum with it, gotta get 240 out to the garage ( about 120 amps, long welds trip my breaker) but I'm perfectly happy with that welder.
Ya got the best welding learning vids hands down
👍👍
These are fantastic instructional videos. many thanks
wow - this was amazing - Justin, your class is on my bucket list for 2021. Joel.....
Great video. Thank you!
Great video as always Justin! I’ve been making ugly blobs of aluminum and burning up most of the tungsten in the free world trying to figure out what to do. I’m going to try these exercises now. I just ordered the aluminum coupons from Weld Metals (used the code too👍🏻) as well as the tube coupons to try them out.
Like so many people here have said, I really like your teaching methods. Thanks for taking the time to help us all!
Burned wire and skewers for years.
Still learning daily.
Learning from you now man!
I've got a project I want to do out of aluminum, and have never TIG welded aluminum before, but have welded SS, CM and Ti. I made some coupons based on the joints I specifically needed, 1-1/4" .125 wall square onto .125x2 flat. I jumped in and made a mess, very discouraged. I watched your video on the first drill, then went down into the shop and practiced it. Watched the next drill and did the same. At the end of the video, I repeated my initial test of a square tube onto the flat and nailed it. I am so happy that you share your knowledge, it inspired me this evening, thank you!!!
Thanks for the help
Excellent drill. Great work as always sir.
Wow! What an awesome video. Great instruction. I’m hooked!
Been welding for a while, but this was all great information. Thanks for taking the time to put together this content!
Great Video, loved it, very informative! Thank you
Justin, You are the most Amazing Educational Instructor !!! I think you could teach Any subject! Practical and Motivating. I've watched this video multiple times while sitting at my weld bench employing the techniques you show. Thank You! And, I've purchased several kits from WMOL to continue my practice on Aluminum. Really appreciate the time, effort, and knowledge you share. -V
Thanks STACKS for this video. HEAPS of tips.
I know a lot of good welder but you are smooth and great instructor .you have a gift of teachers and welder at the same time thanks for the video
These are great!! Thank you
First time I see your videos. I have to say, even if I am not fluent in english, you are very very clear explaining and so much prepared. Loved the exercises, everything! 🙏🏼✌️. Thank you!
You're very helpful!! Thank you.
awesome instructor!
Another great video. I am sure I will watch this many times . Thank you for the best videos on CZcams.
you're video helped me before I started welding a couple days ago ND still helping me learn more your videos are extremely appreciated
Absolutelly going to try these exercises
This is the most helpful video I have come across. I just picked up an older transformer based ESAB Heliarc 352 welder for $100, so I have been watching video after video on tig welding. Thank you for making these amazing videos
Justin, I love these videos! You really teach the nuts and bolts. I've DIY welded stick and MIG for many years (although not consistently proficient), but only recently bought a PrimeWeld 225X to start TIG welding, and it was a great buy. With your videos, I'm now learning TIG techniques. I'd love to come out and take your classes in-person, but can't right now. This is the next best thing. Keep up the great work.
BIG thank you for those tips..... you make my day man!
Another brilliant video the way you explain things are very good. If I lived in America I would come and take a class with TFS
super nice , good job 👍
Great lesson Thanks!
Very impressed by my primeweld
Keep up the awesome videos, my sons & I enjoy watching.
Great tutorial, thanks for sharing!
Good information. Thanks for putting it together.
You are an awesome teacher, thanks, great explanation
I wish I could take a class with you. Dude, you're an outstanding instructor.
great video! I've been practicing on 1/8" AL coupons and have gotten reasonable results on all but fillets welds. I've struggled with getting the weld pool started, but your explanation is so clear. I'm going to try your technique today. Thank you!
thanks for the videos merry christmas
You are super professional
Another brilliant and informative video. 👍
Man I just love these!
"really not that complicated" as he laughs after that edge weld... lmao 👍👍
Keep after it, it gets better.
I love these videos. Just wish I could afford to fly out there and take a class.
It’s all in the vid, go with the flow 😊
very nice explanation of how to get this done.
Great video. You are amazing bro. Thanks
You just given me the best practice idea
Beginning welder here. Father has an all aluminum pier that was wrecked by a drunk boater and we are looking to repair it. Love the videos and super helpful. My father is retired Millwright and has some welding experience but these videos are super helpful. Thank you for posting these! I will definitely be watching as much as possible.
I just started tig this week, you've been a great resource, thanks for the videos
One of the best video for newbies like me.
What a great welder and instructor. We need this kind of men in Europe. Greetings from Austria.
Wish you were in Dallas, would love to take your course! Love the info I am getting from your vids, thanks a million, keep it up!
Your a legend mate,thx
Very nice and interesting video. Many thanks.
Thanks Justin!
Thanks for the enlightening comments about standard and gas lenses.
I fell for buying those even though I weld nothing that calls for them.
What a maroon!
