You should go after the life insurance company because it’s their employee. I work in the legal field and typically that’s the best way. You go after the bigger person, which is the life insurance company, who will then go after the thief. That way you don’t lose a lot of money and you get more money back from the insurance company. That sets a precedent so that in the future, life insurance agent will fear not to steal people’s identification and personal information.
I forgot to mention that once you go after the life insurance company, you can also have them pay all of your attorney fees because had you not have your identity stolen by their employee, then you wouldn’t need to hire an attorney. Also, you can have the life insurance company pay for pain and suffering, as well as damages, such as paying the creditors.
It’s ok that you already took this route, because your attorney can then use this judgement that you already won, to fight against the life insurance company.

Everything nowadays, unless you have money to give away, you have to put everything in writing and get that notarized. When it comes to credit, trust no one!!! Credit is the EASIEST thing that can be ruined in a heartbeat! File bankruptcy and start new.
This is why I don’t have any friends. I see people with friends and they go out and have fun and sometimes I wish I have one too but then I think about these stories I’m glad I don’t have any.

This is what happens when you’re money hungry, the more you have the more you want. Also if you want to get rid of your bad records in court, you have to go through a process. I believe it’s call expunged. I used to have a bad record, I went through that process and got rid of it. Jobs won’t find anything bad on me if they look for it.

Never forgive those doing bad things onto you, it's a lesson learned. Once something is ruined it's forever. I never trust anyone besides myself, my husband, and my kids only. Not even my siblings knows my personal info, not a chance unless identity theft.
I was raised and live by this principle: friends, relatives or family members. If they are WILLING to steal and commit fraud against you. They will NOT have a second thought to KILL you.

This is how Hmong people are, I had a so call friend who went and got married in Michigan and then some dramas occurred and she came back trying to pretend to sell me life insurance to go do fraud thief but I did not trust her, and look at her now her husband is waiting for a kidney transplant, I hope that she will continue to get karma 10 times more, bad people who try to do bad things to others the Lord will always give them bad things in life, very good for you that you did whats best for you, if she was a good true friend she wouldn't do this to you
