- Yall. I have been waiting for YEARS to get to Napa -- because I promised my best friend Najera that I would wait to experience it with her for the first time together -- aaand we finally made it!

Oh! And I forgot to include these in the video, but here’s 3 tips that really helped us enjoy Napa better:
1. Make your reservations ahead of time. These tastings get booked up pretty quickly on weekends and you don't want to miss out on the best spots because you didn't plan ahead.
2. Don’t forget about transportation. One winery can be a bit of a drive away from the next, so try to schedule your visits starting with the northern-most place and working your way down or vice versa. Also, determine whether you want to rely on Ubers, hire your own driver, etc.
3. Please make time to eat! The cheese and crackers are cool, but you really need a full breakfast and lunch to get through all the wine you’re going to drink in Napa. Trust. 😉

The wine at Raymond vineyard that you made, was it dry wine? Also would you recommend renting a car to get around or catch Uber?
Yes, we made a dry blend at Raymond! And it depends on your budget for transportation. We drove my car to Napa and then took Uber from place to place because neither of us wanted to be the designated driver. However, each ride ended up being $30-40. Another option if you have a large group is to book a private van through a local driving service and split the cost that way!
I lived so close to there for years and never made it up! I definitely need to make a girls trip up there! Are the prices you are showing per person?
Same! I moved to the Bay in 2017 and I’m just now going lol. But yes, definitely make that girls trip happen sooner than later 🤗

We didn't make it to Sonoma this time around, but we're definitely hoping to check out a few wineries there soon!
Any Napa hotel recommendations?
Napa hotels tend to be on the expensive end (at least for my budget), so we decided to go with an Airbnb for this trip and spent under half of what we would've at most of the nearby hotels! I will say you might want to book accommodations after you figure out which wineries you're going to because Napa Valley is so spread out

We called Ubers so neither of us would have to drive, but it could add up pretty quickly!
