I like the way they only show checking the front batteries and not the ones that you cant readily reach.

wife wants a golf cart to drive around the neighborhood and drive to the farmers market... i say spend a little more and get maybe this thing. i hate gas powered things anymore (not a tree hugger, just dont like them... im a helicopter mechanic and sick of working on things at this point) and trying to get gas powered things out of my driveway. ill have to go to a polaris dealer and check one out in person. see how hard it is to service those batteries in person. regardless, beats changing oil, getting fuel, and changing spark plugs.

Well our experience with the 2016 model was horrible it did well for first two years then it had a charging problem, took it back , the dealership had it for over 3 years!! Nobody could fix it! And now it’s still just sitting in our yard

So what's the fix if I DIDN'T unplug the power connector?? 😢

Polaris are so cheap and not well design: a water filling tubing system would have added barely 100$ on the cost of the vehicule and save so many hundrunds of hours of maintenance and frustrations.
I had to buy one after market for 300$ and hours spent to install what should have been basic in this thing

Incredibly misleading and, I think, irresponsible demonstration of putting water in the battery and this is the one really important piece of maintenance on a vehicle that otherwise requires very little maintenance. I have had a Polaris EV for 3 years now, use it daily and for the first year was frustrated to rage by a battery storage compartment design that resulted in bloody knuckles, over and under filled cells and hours of time trying to put water in 48 different cells, most of which were almost inaccessible and certainly not visible to see if you had put in enough or too much water. (This video demonstration only shows one cell that happens to be easy to access. Trust me, most are not.) These vehicles should not be sold without an EV battery watering system that you can buy on Amazon and probably other places. It costs about $300 but is absolutely worth every penny. Hours of frustration and bad battery maintenance were replaced with about 5 minutes of effort once a month to top off all of the batteries. Your batteries will last longer, so will your sanity and you will enjoy your vehicle.

How did your installation go, was there enough room to install the watering kit easily or was it finicky?

Craig Heart I remember the install taking a couple of hours. I did not need to remove the batteries but I did need to loosen some of the battery holders and then retighten them. I also took the time to clean and grease the terminals while I was in there. Well worth the effort. The kit has a system for the left side batteries and a separate kit for the right side. Make sure you get the bulb pump fill hose as well. Don’t know why it wasn’t included for me. Maybe that has changed by now. It has worked well for 2 years so far. I put battery watering as a monthly task on my calendar. Takes 5 minutes. Good luck. Feel free to recontact if you have more questions.

Not to mention the noise the differentials make.

I recently bought one of these, the drive train is very noisy, the front differential sounds like an old fashioned hand crank egg beater.I'm very disappointed after having spent 15 grand, and will likely replace it with something similar.Seems like there was very little regard for quality control.

ok..what is the "fill well?" It instructs to fill with distilled water to 1/4 inch below the "fill well." What is this for someone who knows nothing about vehicle mechanics.

If you have trouble filling batteries you would play hell changing oil. 😀

disappointing video because the demonstrated disassembly still leaves half the battery cells inaccessible for top-up.
