Cow's booty has some really nice steak.

Ingredients
1/2 kg of top rump sliced
1 tbsp of instant coffee
1 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of freshly ground black pepper
1 to 1 &1/2 tsp of ground clove
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 large onion sliced
The onions took about 3-4 minutes to make on medium high heat.
