How to apply super soft silicone ink in garments screen printing?

What's liquid silicone rubber?
Liquid silicone rubber is made of vinyl silicone oil,silicon dioxide or silicon resin,crossing-linker agent,catalyzed by platinum catalyst,under 120-160 degree temperature or room temperature to cure.
Why apply liquid silicone rubber as screen printing material?
Liquid silicone rubber before curing is a kind of liquid with mobility,it can penetrate from silkscreen mesh to adhere to the surface of fabric.meanwhile,liquid silicone rubber after curing with soft hand feeling,high elasticity,strong tensile strength,even through add different fillers to achieve different printing effect,like glossy effect,matte effect,puff effect etc.in a word,applying liquid silicone rubber in garments printing,we call it silicone ink,can make our garments more beautiful and colorful.
How to apply super soft silicone ink in garments screen printing?
Our company newly invent one super soft silicone ink,after curing whose harness is 2-3 shore A,super soft hand feeling with highly elasticity,the printing process as follow:
1)use super soft silicone ink with catalyst,thinner to print 2-3 transparent layer
2)use super soft silicone ink with catalyst,thinner and pigment to print 2-3 color layer
3)use glossy silicone with catalyst to print 2 glossy layer.
