Hi guys, great BTS video! Did you use the LOG image in photoshop and added the mountains in LOG or did you grade your LOG-footage first and then put it in photoshp to add the mountains? THANKS!

Hi. I like to just add the LUT in DaVinci Resolve before exporting the still to Photoshop. So no grading, just the LUT. Then I know when I send the still image back to Resolve that it is made from just the LUT and not a "random" grade. The reason why I do this and not using LOG, is because I'm not sure how well generate fill works with a washed out LOG picture. But it's probably worth trying out!
