Here is what my research says about touring Uman: The city was last hit by Russian missiles in June, while in April 23 civilians were killed, including three children, after more than 20 long-range Russian missiles struck a residential neighbourhood .....I would stay away for now!
What if you just use public buses? They are much less expensive.

Most of the drivers can't speak good English, don't know much and the guides are not much better.
Hey guys, native Londoner hete. The hop on hip off buses are a total ripoff, all you need is a guidebook, an Oyster card, and the number 9 and number 15 bus routes. They take in all the main sites, and will cost you a fraction of these greedy people. 👍
