Depends on if you’re using a Mac or PC - but go into display settings and it should show there. There you will be able to put Extend Monitors and then arrange it and align it with your monitor so when you move your mouse it will go there. You can then drag whatever you want on there. Please also install the Camera Hub application from Elgatos website - this will also help you manage it where you can have text on top of anything you have behind it etc. Hope this helps, if it doesn’t just let me know I’ll try help figure it out with you!
Hi there trying to use my prompter for zoom but can’t drag anything onto the prompter screen as an extended monitor. How can I fix this ?
