    I showed up for work on a regularly scheduled work day and the doors were locked. I was told my employer has to pay me for this day. Would that be correct.? And in the recent past I was told I had to sign a voluntary early out list. - I did not voluntary out - I was forced out. Linda Lee

    under Ohio law is it illegal for a company to force a employee to stay working for them and will not let the employee freely quit there job

    How do I know I was fired due to my age? The employer says they fire me for the A reason, while actually it's bcz of my age. How will I know? Thanks

    If an employee has worked a total of 95 hours in a 80 hour pay period aren't those 15 hours considered over time? How can those all be considered regular pay?
