We've seen once you told you gonna get slip while you drop samdhani at his classes .

I would appreciate it if you could grind almonds, walnuts, makhana, and drink everyday 1tblspn with glass of warm milk for bring healthy. Swelling may be reduced by eating foods that are high in potassium, such as bananas, oranges, eat alot of protein and reduce the intake of rice and roti. Start your day every morning with 1 khajoor. I would recommend for you to not eat cherries as that fruit is not good during pregnancy. Also, do wear your seat belt please, it is now required for all 3 of you including the baby. Avoid listening to trashy comments. You should eat your comfort food during pregnancy, don't feel of what the world says. You should care about you, kaif, and your baby's health. I would appreciate it if you could grind almonds, walnuts, makhana, and drink everyday 1tblspn with glass of warm milk for bring healthy. Swelling may be reduced by eating foods that are high in potassium, such as bananas, oranges, eat alot of protein and reduce the intake of rice and roti. Start your day every morning with 1 khajoor. Wear comfortable shoes and no heels. You will notice the difference. Stay healthy and shutdown people who speak trash! Congratulations on being parents to be soon
