      If you mean the music that starts about 19.30, I think it's an improvised mix. Part of it is "Anchors Aweigh" - not sure about the rest.

    It's a shame that the Plymouth leaders and Lord Aberconway felt that Brutalism was a good style in which to rebuild Plymouth.
