I don't know if you wear boots or what kind of shoes you wear when you do lawn care, but there's a brand of shoe called Vessie, it's supposed to be really comfortable and water proof, as well as anti slip, you might check it out, I don't use them but I figured I would tell you about them if you didn't already know, I've thought of buying a pair myself, just thought maybe it would help. Yes, I used to stress about everything but I taught myself after four strokes and two attempts of suicide, it’s not worth it. I’m here for a purpose. What that is I’m not quite sure but I’m sure I’ll find out.

I watched your original post of this property, and it is one of your best. You worked hard and made a very big difference. You helped her to get a piece of her life back, and she was so very grateful. This was totally worth watching again.
You are so right, I'm almost 62, my husband is 67 and we can't work out in our yard like we used to because our summers are getting so much hotter. My husband handles it better than me. I have downsized a lot of the extra yard work there was.

fyi: Water in my area is $17.88 per thousand gallons .17 cents per gallon.
Think about that when you buy 16 oz bottle of filtered water for $1.29 (2 cups)
17.88 I'd crazy. In the areas I do most of my powerwashing jobs, it's about 4 or 5
Bottled water is insanely overpriced.

Kevin, I "found" (thank you YT algorithm) your channel in the early days of the pandemic and I've been hooked ever since. I'm thrilled to see you posting here again. I enjoy the Boring channel and your dad's channel as well but this is the original and still my favorite. It's an interesting evolution...first it's you giving small business advice in the voice-overs to preachers giving motivational sermons to now YOU are giving the motivational talks. Love it! I'm not Christian or Catholic and not a big fan of the bible or religion in general but I do believe in service to others and being good to your fellow man. Basic human dignity. You are the walking, talking model of a good person. Karma comes around and good things happen to good people. You should expect good things to come your way. You've worked hard for it and deserve it. As a side note, the OCD is strong with you. Watching you pressure wash that walkway through the mud, lol. I was thinking to myself that's exactly what I would be doing too. Keep on washing until you realize it's lost cause. Love the channel! I can't wait to see what happens next!

That was a great job Kevin. I didn't think the ceilings on that porch would come that clean. My husband and I just power washed all of our hard surfaces and at 67 and 72 it is a major undertaking. We take turns and get er done. Love you and your family. God bless you.
Also if you are in a area that have ticks you and you dad check yourself good. I have had lyme disease for 1 year it is slowing me down a lot. I have pain , hard time walking and lifting my arms.

Being near disabled on top of easy heat stroke it always makes me smile to see others helping other people out like this. Even small properties during the spring and summer can be an utter trial to maintain for a lot of us.
Thankfully it has been doable now after a few years after the drunk hit me but sheesh. With the rain here in PA it is a constant battle lol
