I work for WI state government, at Consumer Protection (DATCP) and we are looking to grab about 5 seconds of footage of Madison. It's part of a video to bring awareness to consumers that we exist, since most people don't know. We don't have the funds to buy a drone for the footage, so I am wondering if it is it okay we use 5 seconds of your footage. I can show you the final product to get your approval. It's non-profit and one-time-only use. I will also credit you with the footage at the end.
