I think so. I avoid any leaks from movies to music. It's not right to listen or watch something that was stolen from people who worked hard on the material.
It's also can ruin the experience since sometimes it's unfinished or wasn't meant to release to public.
Maybe they wanted to release their music in a certain way. Either way, tt's like you're going against the artist's creative intention.

I would actually be happy if they held my music for ransom because I would just say "you don't have the guts!". Then when they do, I'd download it, re-upload it to a "pay what you want" link explaining how some hacker stole the album and was holding it for ransom. THE SYMPATHY SALES would flood in, likely resulting in making more money than if you didn't have the sympathy story.
Me personally? I haven't bought an album in over 10 years but if I heard that that happened to an artist I like I would easily toss him 20 bucks for the album.
