I have been visited Bengalore in 2021. Usually people eat veggies only at manufacturing cafetaria during lunch. But at hotel and restaurant or cafe we can order steak cow meat. It seems just a normal menu, no restriction at all. Foods there are so delicious.
Beef and pork are consumed in certain parts of South India and North-East India... it's a really diverse country

i know India has a lot of spices..but they have limit of dishes cuz of repititive egg ,veggie and chicken.. thats why i craved so much seeing when they cooked pork and beef especialy with lot of spices what makes their food so delicious and tempting 🤤🤤

While grilling the Pork, once should be careful about the tape worm, in this case, thankfully it was boiled before grilling.
I think its only for western style of half-cooking meat . In India everything is cooked and boiled until the soul of the animal is no more 😆. plus the spices neutralize any thing that moves 😆
Lived in Colorado way out in the plains 1 hr away from the closest hooters rabbit legs are great grilled with buffalo sauce 😂😂
