    I was really hoping the BR35 would be getting an upgrade soon, it's a few years old at this point. ebikes are booming so more and more people are looking for good lights since they can now go so much further and faster. I'm letting you all know now, make more bike lights and maybe even some helmet lights and you will get a whole new wave of customers

      What can you suggest to improve on a product that already serves its intended purpose admirably?

    • @Brandon_Neil

      @@sonicstep better battery pack such as 2x21700, an increase in output, a more neutral color temp for the led, update from micro usb to usb c

      @@Brandon_Neil I agree with you. And maybe after getting feedbacks from the first gen over the years, they can revise or update the led, beam pattern, lumens, display, mounting system, etc. Or even make a simpler/lite version of this for city adventures because that's what most people are using it for nowdays. Especially because bike ride is booming in popularity right now and for the rest of 2021
      They gotta grab this chance and make a move. Even if they don't update the options I mentioned above, I don't think current bikers wants to use micro usb anymore solely because it's outdated. People nowdays loves convinience, especially the non-enthusiast

      Yes we’re slowly changing all the micro usb products to usb C over the year.

      @@Brandon_Neil I agree with the 2 x 21700 and USB-C. Really not a fan of embedded batteries as you will eventually have a nicely priced paperweight at some point. The LEDs will technically outlast the batteries so, being able to switch them out would be great. I would also like for Nitecore to research the European StVZO standard for bike lights and apply that certification for the next version of this bike light and any other future models.

    Great light but I wouldn't recommend it if your handlebars are not small and round. I have search the web hoping someone has made some sort of an adapter. Nitecore needs to make adapters for different handlebar type eg: aero bars and garmin, wahoo, bryton mountings.

    Very informative video, the best video I found. It really showed the value of the light. One question what makes the 32 a better choice for a back up light than there TUP?

    • @NitecoreSG
      @NitecoreSG  Před 4 lety

      william mcguire for TUP, there’s no solid way to mount on the heltmet, and TUP brightness is capped out at 200 lumens. Plus battery smaller, so it wont last the duration of the ride.

    great light , but the interface between light and clamp is very suspect,mine went flying on a roundabout got run over by a car ! very little damage light is very solid ! but back to the clamp what i did was drill a small hole though the clamp and through the rails on the light then put a split pin in , no more flying lights i did email nitecore and told them of this fault got a nice reply but light still sold with the dodgy clamp ,if you do the mod i suggest then this is one of the best bike lights out there ...........................zmf

    Hi,
    The UT32 looks great but I noticed the HC35 which seems even more powerful to me and needs to be able to illuminate a larger area.
    Do you think the HC35 might be suitable or is it too heavy to fit on a bicycle helmet?
    Thank you.

    • @NitecoreSG
      @NitecoreSG  Před 3 lety +1

      Way too heavy in my opinion, many of the guys buy it for pocket or handheld use. And it doesn’t have the distance you need when going at faster speeds on a bike.

    Does the BR35 come with strobe mode or its just always on? I commute so visibility is vital and so is battery life. My current light doubles in battery life when I have it on strobe so I have always used strobe. Anyway I am looking to replace my current setup so the BR35 is on my list of potential replacement.
