$90 for 6 packs? Not a great deal. You could get a great card or two, or even a good quality slab for that price.
Yeah, I thought this would include a card in that slab or something, to guarantee at least a 25 buck card. I feel bad enough ripping a Mega box and getting hardly anything, can't imagine going over 100 bucks on that Platinum box and getting just that Green Foil Gunnar.
When people start understanding that these people sell cards and packs for a profit they will realize they will never come out ahead. You may profit 1 out of 10 times and it makes you excited but then you lose 9 out of 10 times.
You can buy a 2024 series 2 topps baseball hanger box,blaster box and monster box for $90.00 why would you gamble on a boombox.
@@RyanTJohnsonThey opened the 2018 hobby box and opened til they hit the shohei rookie. The rest they sell at the shop, or online. I’ll never go back to a certain shop I used to frequent. I walked in and say them opening 2018’s like mad men.
@@Nuttyirishman85 I am pretty sure my LCS does that as well and then sells the singles they don't want... They have almost 0 hobby boxes you can buy.

Jared Bleznik opened a case of Bowman Saphire live at the World Series of Poker while playing. He said he had a bunch more cases of it. Think Fanatics hooked him up big time, he was shilling for them big time while doing it.
5:10 Good point about Bohm. He's not a homerun hitter, but drives in runs. That IS clutch. There's also an old saying that homeruns are "rally killers" because after the HR nobody is on base. I somewhat subscribe to that theory.

J-rod retooled his swing over the off-season and it's been a disaster. He's up there thinking about all these moving parts instead of just letting it rip. And as the season has progressed and it hasn't turned around he's pressed more and more. He's at the point where he's practically swing at a pick off move. The M's should let him go take a week off and hang out with his family, girl, whatever. Just get baseball off his mind for a minute becuase it ain't gettin any better. He was getting booed (the whole team was actually) the other night because they're offense has been so abysmal.
