You said it beautifully again and again that you arranged your kitchen the way you feel comfortable using it. Good to know that there are people out there who think like me. I like the open kitchen without modular kitchen cabinets and people judge me because of how I have arranged my kitchen. Every little detail you explained about old type grinder, your cutting counter with mixie and its jars right by its side,, the way you separated your cookware, masala podi dabba's, placement of your oils, cooking and serving utensils, spoons, forks, gadgets. plates, and lids, onion, garlic, potatoe.... arrangements each little detail resonates with me. I can see how much you love your kitchen and I love it. My kitchen ideas are exactly just like yours.
Completely agree with you. These kitchen cabinets is hard to maintain and it is very deep shelves with most of the back areas not used efficiently. Today is it is more keeping the kitchen modern and less about cooking.
