I loved wearing the stomach compression or “binder” as some call it. I had a c section & even wore it for 2-3 weeks after delivery.

By the way, When I was 16 I worked at a hotel and one o the first things I learned was to always use your own pillow when you travel or buy them when you are abroad for hygiene. Regular 3/4 star hotels don't give you new pillows, they just use a fresh cover but so many people sleep on it and its one of the most disgusting things. so many bacteria. there are studies on it and it's like a known thing in the hotel branche to always bring your own pillow and I always remembered that, wether it's to a hotel or a hospital, always bring your own pillow.

I just had a c-section almost 2 weeks ago & it was my 3rd & I can confidently say I would neverrrrrr wanna wear a compression band or any kinda binder. To each their own but just thinking about it makes me uncomfortable tbh.

I think for almost all new moms they bring alot if stuff because they usually stays three to four days..you are pretty smart considering that you are a nurse and you know all the details.

I just had my baby last week and I bought those wishgarden after I saw you put them in your bag. Let me tell you... they work wonders and in just a few seconds!
however... my baby’s tummy was rumbling so loud I could never tell if it was hers or mine (because this tiny little person couldn’t possibly make such a loud sound.!)
Needless to say she had frequent loose stools after breastfeeding and it took me a few feeds to realize it was the drops. I also bought and used the baby blues ones so it could have been those (they also work!)
Just letting you know ladies, these work but may or may not give your baby an upset stomach.

I’m 18 years old focusing on college, every time I see my auntie she tries to make me feel bad for not having any kids yet. She said when she was 15 she was already married and when she was 18 (my age) she already had her second daughter 🤦♀️ Yemenis these days (lol)
