It's technically "Double" but that's another way to translate it
Overhaul and his quirk overhaul has joined the chat
So, the reason for overhaul's mask is because he's actually sensitive to germs, which is also the reason for his gloves. He actually cant use his quirk with the gloves on, unless he destroys them first. If he comes into something dirty or even slightly unsanitized, he can be seen visually breaking out into hives. Before the mask (which is symbolic of keeping him clean from his and his henchmens' dirty deeds) he wore a regular face mask to protect him from germs. His quirk probably cant defuse at will. He stated in the manga that if he can get to someone in time, he can fix them which means it probably has a time limit. The defusing was probably the result of Eri's quirk going wild near the end of the fight.
Twice does not need to touch the person to clone them. It helps if they are near-by because he needs a clear image, but all he really needs is the measurements and the image in his head. This is how he was able to create a Mr.Compress during the Overhaul raid without him being there.

First of all, Kurogiri isn’t an emitter. Without getting into spoilers, his quirk is a unique type that doesn’t fall under the classifications as they are. Though you nailed it when you said ‘cloud head.’

A bit of a spoiler for anyone who wants to know more about Kurogiri.
He is actually a nomu, and he was once a hero who helped people but was turned him into a nomu when he was only 17. He was also a friend of Eraserhead.
Im not sure who turned him into one, i didnt read that much but i think good guesses are the mysterious doctor guy or all for one.
Doctor Ujiko is the one caring for all for one and the creator of all Nomu due to having nothing else to because he’s quirkless

Nate Brazill High-end nomus, like one that Endeavor fought and *spoiler* can have the dominant personality/motivations of the most prominent corpse that the nomu is made of. This becomes a plot point later on, but that’s a big spoiler that’s worth waiting on for the anime or reading it in the manga.

To answer your question of "How do you find that out", it's mentioned a little later in the manga that certain Quirks give people physical reactions or psychological reactions. So Toga being more... fascinated by blood, would be an example.

I would say, since Mr. Compress is a master of sleight-of-hand, all those pockets and long sleeves are very important for storing and hiding all his compressed items. It's hard to know where your friend went when he's got a ton of pockets you can see, and probably even more you can't.

4:08 i think they lightly touched on it during the villain arc. She was just following her instincts to activate her quirk. Which is why she said she was "normal."
One for All was also kinda similar. Nobody could detect his quirk, but it was there. He instantly knew what the quirk was even though testing it out would mean that he would need to transfer the quirk in the first place, which would make it a lot harder to find a successor.

As someone who has multiple plague and gas masks simply for entertainment and their aesthetic, not sure how to feel about that
Also with Toga and Stain, I'm pretty sure that due to the nature of their quirk would make them immune to blood borne viruses

I don't think twice is the real Twice, because when the clones die they turn to goop but in the shot of "the last twice standing" there is blood, a lot more blood then what his injury should've shed.

3:33 I thought that was Eri's quirk, right? Her quirk allows her to reverse humans to a past form so she reverted Overhaul back to his human form as she jumped away from him. She also can't control it btw so it explains why she activated it so suddenly.
