I tried the Honey Chicken Cilantro Skewers 2 days after seeing this video, just not in Skewers, because ya know... living in PA, to much snow to even get to my grill right now. So we did chicken thighs browned in cast iron then finished in the oven. OMG thank you for sharing that marinade!!!! We LOOOOVED it!

Kim, a tip for the chicken scewers. If you put the marinade in a saucepan and let it boil for a couple of minutes, you have an amazing sauce for the rice and zucchini :)
@@catwmn14 I’m sure it’s fine technically, but I agree. I usually double the marinade and put half in with the meat and then simmer the other half and maybe add some cornstarch to make sauce when it’s about time to eat

I love egg roll bowl. I make it a lot. We top it with green onion and wonton strips. Amazing ❤️( you can find the wonton strips in the grocery store in with the croutons)

I always use the marinated sauce, cook on sauce pan give it thicken a litte bit.. its rice stealer for me 😍😍
