I remember Christine called herself 'a villain'. She is well aware of the situation and her role in there, and the way she is going to be viewed by the audience once the season gets on the air. She plotted the conflict line deliberately so the show can be interesting.

She plants seeds and then gets mad when they grow and calls the other girls monsters. Feel bad for Christian that Christine is still hung up on her ex even after having a baby.

This was the only storyline the entire season! It DRAGGED. Who cares about something 5 years ago for a guy who we don’t even know or have ever seen! We want to see more real estate, difficult clients, and girl boss vibes. If we just wanted pointless drama we would watch housewives

One drama should not be dragged across 10 eps with no end in sight. If we can sum up this season, it would be like this: Chrishell, Mary and Emma having no work aside bad mouthing Christine, Christine justifying her side of the story through lies, Vanessa being an "innocent lamb" not knowing who to believe, Maya being pregnant and Heather's main personality is Tarek. Man it's boring. Should have focused more on the real estate thing, in this season it's just these bitches showing each other gorgeous house without a single fucking buyer.

I enjoyed the first season, maybe even the second. I’m not sure if they realize that they have a quality show without the excessive drama. I enjoyed seeing them sell homes, celebrate, and their personal life problems, not drama between the office that was so hard to watch. I actually felt bad for Christine. She literally had a life changing experience after having her baby and maybe she really did just want to drop it but the way it was dragged was sooooo annoying. Then when they crowded her at the party and tried to talk about it at an event not appropriate for that AND in front of her husband I was like now they’re just overdoing it.

So Emma who use to work there, in order to be on the show she had to bring some drama to the plate. Love or hate Christine, the show almost certainly would not have lasted without her. Hell, the whole storyline revolved around her from like S2-5. They even were still namedropping her in S6 when she didn't make a single appearance.

I think if anything christine is the smartest of the bunch, she really is all into her role and understood very well how to portray bitchiness in a way that also feels relatable, because in the end we all have that side of ourselves that doesnt really care for adhering to the fakeness of social standards, and really only do it to get trough the day. I feel we know that she has money and fame and at that point you kind of lose that need to please other, or even make an effort to be consistent as to what we are in relationship to others. She just is whatever she wants to be in the moment and lives a very fulfilled present life and is not suffering from the perception of others. Of course her great beauty helps but i just find her fascinating and im sure she is much more than she appears to be. You can tell she puts a lot of love into the brand that she presents, and is very endearing in her evil-like role. As much as i feel that she acts like an unempathic person, i can feel the empathy to fill her role as best she can is emanating from her even to the point of damaging her brand because you cant get to that point where she is being only a bad person. it would be impossible, shes so good at her craft that people just want more and more. I think the writing is bad at times and her talent is very specific so the last season was a real let down for her image and i can feel that she felt it too. I feel with better writers to helps direct the show more she could really shine to a point where she would become a global phenomenon. I see her as this godess like figure that is just so aware of her own body that she controls every moments that she presents on the screen ,from fashion color choice, words, body language. she is like a mermaid just putting you in a trance.
