Invistigate they need company is called Dura in Spartan JHB they have those caint of machine to do concrete testing, police they knows only Hand cover, and pistol only.

I named the person controlling the crime here and was abducted, beaten and humiliated for 2 days and released with a warning to back off or die. Now I can't lay a charge as the police say I will be killed. Great country we live in.

Agree 100% - the education system has failed the construction industry, prior 1994 you needed a Bsc Eng degree that took 4 - 5 years of university and a >80% pass to be considered a structural / civil/ mechanical engineer - Now a days a bricklayer is considered an engineer.
