Hi friend! I hope you are good too! I know so much stuff I can't keep up sometimes lol. I always try to do too much then end of being so drained and tired. It also doesn't help that it's so cold. I totally agree with what you that this cold gloomy weather makes you sleep more. This is pretty common for us to experience this. I for one avoid feeling this way by just being around people or just being out and about like going for walks, go for a drive or spend sometime at the library where the lighting is bright or have a cup of coffee with my tablet at a coffee shop or go for walks even when it's chilly outside (bundle up).
Spring is coming back but not soon enough to give us with bright and cheery days.
