If u had told me a year ago that I would I would listen to ASMR every night I would have laughed and said u were crazy. Yet here I am so ready for bed every night to find a video from this channel. I have also discovered I love wood sounds and my 7yr old loves tapping. I have now gotten my daughter and my aunt hooked.

@@einna5095 if you're on your phone, click the top right 3 dots and you might find an option to "loop video". If you want to loop only a specific part, click on that timestamp and click the arrows segregating the timestamps, there'll be an option to loop. So that only the previews will loop!! -Set alarms(it’s okay if you don’t need to)
-You can be a good person and could continue that tomorrow
-you are beautiful and amazing don’t let anyone tell you otherwise (NO ONE CAN TELL YOU OTHERWISE)
-take needed medicine(it’s okay if you don’t want to but you need to)
-do your hw/assignments(you could fail you need to)
- turn on/off lights on your living area if you need to.
- feed your pet if you have one they are depending on you (it’s okay if you can’t but they do need food)
-Turn off CZcams’s auto play (unless you want it on)
-Drink water if you need to and use the bathroom if you need to( it’s okay if you don’t want water you can get it in the morning)
-blow out all of your candles( or do something to make sure your candles aren’t a danger)
it’s perfectly fine if you don’t need these reminders they are to help everyone who need them.
