I have a question. I'm currently making one of these rugs. I've watched video after video and still can't see the side of the rug when they lay the cardboard down. How close or far apart are they? Yours look like they have a little space in between, others looked like they were glued down so close I thought they'd never get the scissors through it.
The closer the card board the thicker the plush. You are cutting the top so it doesn’t matter how close. Pause the video at 3:43 and look she is cutting on top of cardboard. The cardboard is standing up not laying down. I hope you understand and can accomplish this fluffy rug,
