I live in Switzerland, but I would consider moving to Laurel just so I could live in a house you have remodeled! Every one of them is a dream!!! Keep up the good work!
Me too from Australia (historic houses are rarer here, therefore generally extremely expensive)

I've seen this before, but that blue and white wallpaper all of a sudden struck me. The shade of blue, the amount of the print... it's really stunning! Odd coming from me, because I usually don't like wallpaper but I can live with that.
I think the company of “Ben and Jerrys ice cream “should merge with the HGTV SUPERSTARS, KNOWN AS BEN AND ERIN, and develop an ice cream in honor of them, you know, ice cream business better than I do but it be really cool if you could make that pike, build within itself because your builders and designers, and if you scoop off the first layer, you find, I don’t know, ganache and cashews; and then you stir the ice cream a little more and you find chocolate mint chips and by the time you get to the bottom and third you have built amazing ice cream sundae. It’ll be called the been an Aaron Ben & Jerry’s super Powerful ice cream.😊❣️
I love the renovation of this house, and I love the fact that Ben and Erin always try to save pieces of history in the homes for the family that’s going to move in❣️❣️❣️❣️❣️ also, I like how Ben always makes a piece of furniture to go into that home or something special. I just love this couple and how they relate to their clients and they build super homes that people can live in for the rest of their life.❣️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
This is such an attractive home. Beautiful. Love the mix of wood and color in the kitchen. The entry way living room is gorgeous.
What a beautiful transformation - warm, fresh, serene, welcoming, and homey. That blue in the bedroom is very pretty, as is the wallpaper. It sure seems like they immediately felt at home. 💙

My grandkids call me Grandma Horse. My 1st grandchild, Carter, started it so he could separate me from his other grandma. She had dogs and was called Grandma Puppies. I had horses 🐎 😄

We referred to my grandmas as "Red Grandma" and "Blue Grandma" our whole lives. My sister started calling them that when she was little because one had a red door and one had a blue door.

Love this house and all that they did to it. I am from the South and this house says it all. Love the colors and how beautiful they added to each element in the house. I love blue and have many blue and white bowls and plates. I love geese and they would all go wonderful in this home. So happy for the new owners. I can see why they fell in love with this home.I enjoy watching Ben and Erin work their magic in each house they do.

LOVE the term 'ageing in place.' ADA standards is ideal for those of us who are using a wheelchairs &/or rollators. LOVE a symtergical front curb appeal.
We bought our fixerupper and designed it to age in place. One house until we kick the bucket.
FYI the tree could have been saved and donated to a local park, another residence, outside a business, retirement or nursing home, nonprofit organization, any kind of Community or public centre, etc.
