Aww I’m looking forward to healthy eating in 2024. Was away for a couple of weeks and Christmas. I’ve put on 5lbs. It is what it is. My cousin and I are going to Slimming World together. I can’t wait. We’re also going to try and do dry January too. I’ll find it tough which sounds daft but I love ❤️ wine 🍷. I’m willing to give it a bash xxx
Me too, at this point in time I reckon I'm about 60% cheese and 40% wine 😭 I am definitely back on plan in January, I've been terrible. I did dry Jan last night and it definitely helped with weight loss but I struggled. I love a wine at the weekend. Hope you and the family had a lovely Christmas ❤️ x
