Yes. We are not alone. So many people struggle at different things or the same things. Giving ourselves grace and improving on things we can by doing it in ways that work with how we were made. 🙂
So many give grace to others but not to themselves, we have to change that!!

If things aren't working for you.... It's perfect okay to pivot to a different method. Sometimes we don't have the mental energy to be on everyone. That is a lot of managing. We definitely need to be working on delegating future things and teaching my family in the future.

My words for 2023 are discipline, consistency and time management.

If will take all the prayers!!! 🙂 God made me awesome. An you too. We are all unique with our gifts. We all have talents that we were blessed with. There is always room to learn. Always hope. And life can be hard.... But it always gets better. There are ups and downs. God wants us to ask him for the help. He is there the whole time. We are not alone. We are enough because of him. He fills our holes.
Yes he fills our holes!! That's a whole word!!
Sleep is important for our brains. I know that sometimes it seems like a waste of time if you're not getting up early enough but really your brain is doing what it needs to do and we actually think and learn while we're sleeping also so it's not just rest it's processing of information that's why people will wake up with ideas or solving problems from the night before cuz your brain is still working even when you are at rest. I listen to a really cool talk that was talking about the three stages of sleep and it was basically saying that all the stages are important like falling asleep at a decent time to begin with is important and sleeping and late enough is important and so is the middle bit. I can't remember all the processes it did but it was basically comparing your brain to like a computer downloading information and sorting it out. And then cleaning information out that wasn't necessary. Which makes sense of why are dreams are kind of random little bits of things throughout our day or our week. 🙂 I think just because we want to do something doesn't mean that necessarily what we should be doing. Also it's a busy season I feel like the fall through December was just a lot of stuff. There are different times of year that I can focus on different areas a bit better I'm also better with doing small changes instead of trying to do too many big things at once.

The pain of regret or the pain of discipline! I want to be more disciplined, I’m tired of the pain of regret :/.
How do you implement the word of the year into your everyday life?
I have a reminder on my phone that says discipline now or regret later. I definitely want to be more disciplined as well!
