Carver Finds Clementine and Runaways Hideout (Walking Dead | Telltale Games)

- After Clementine reaches the cabin, she meets Carlos and Rebecca sitting at the dining room table. They ask where Luke and Alvin are, revealing they left looking for them. Clementine relays that Pete had been bitten/killed, which horrifies the two adults. After the two gather guns, Carlos asks Clementine to look after Sarah while they're out. Clementine watches them leave and goes up to Sarah's room. When Clementines opens Sarah's door, she will surprise Clementine by taking a picture of her when she opens the door. After a conversation, and having the option to take a picture of her, Sarah will reveal she also found a gun underneath the cabin (if Clementine agreed to be friends with her in the previous episode). After pointing it around and determinately being taught how to use it by Clementine, she sees who she thinks is Luke outside approaching the cabin and goes downstairs to meet him. However, she's quick to realize that it's not Luke, but someone else she knows, and is beset by a panic attack. Clementine goes to the door whil Sarah is frozen in fright.
After choosing to open or lock the door, the man will enter the cabin either way and begin to ask Clementine questions. The man snoops around the cabin, looking for any clues as to the inhabitants of the secluded cabin, asks about the group Clementine is currently staying with while trying to avoid some of Clementine's questions, and after he believes he hears something upstairs, he goes to check it out. He goes up to Sarah's room where she is hiding under the bed, nearly being caught. The man, however, does not look there and apologizes for intruding. Before he leaves, the man discovers a picture of Sarah on the floor, which she had taken earlier, and smiles as he realizes his search has come to an end. He also tells Clementine that she has no idea who her people are. Clementine can either continue pretending that she doesn't know what he is talking about or can drop her act and defend them, but soon after, the man tells Clementine not to trust the cabin group before leaving. walkingdead.wikia.com

CJake3 I chose Doug, not Carley, so how does Clementine remember Carley? Or at the very least, how did Clementine have some extended interaction wity Carley when (in my case) she only knew Carley for a few hours. And she clearly had other positive relations with other Females (Katjaa and Christa are what comes to mind for me).

Two Closing the door wouldn’t have mattered carver was going to search upstairs at that point.

He seemed like a cool guy who was a strong great leader that wanted his group safe..if everyone played along Bill would had never done that to Kenny's eye since they both could've been good partners. He was doing what any good guy would do..keeping his group together all the time and that can be stressful so I don't blame him for being angry when he needed to.

I glad Sarah is not oblivious to World filled with undeads. Carlos should teach her to survive and protect herself sooner instead being a protective to her
saifuddin jamil it’s shown that Sarah has severe anxiety related problems (it’s rumoured that she has PTSD or Autism, however these may just be rumours), and considering Carlos is a doctor, I think he’d know how to protect his daughter
Bob Duncan no he wouldn’t he was overly protective instead of slowly weaning her into it teaching her slowly to defend herself he decide to shield her completely making her either oblivious or extremely anxious and when he died she was suddenly left in a world laid bare a world she couldn’t dream of survival because of his over protection

Carver would not had harmed Clementine in any way, because deep down he was a nice guy. He could have taken Clementine with him. But he didn’t because he needed to gain her trust first before asking her to join his group, that’s exactly how he gained the trust of the first 400 days survivor’s group at the Hardware store.

No matter what choice you chose Carlos is going to come after all of these people but honestly, I think Clementine should’ve kept dodging the questions like kept saying stuff that made it seem like she didn’t know because it would’ve been a good idea to save the group in a real world scenario, but in this case in The Walking Dead, that scenario doesn’t exist

I couldn't recall choosing to reference Clementine's father, but it astonishes me that somebody who was 8 could know their father enough to know their name 16 months into a zombie outbreak even though she hadn't seen in him in years. A better reference would be Lee, not only had Lee been the much more potent person in her life (teaching her to survive, her witnessing him basically die and he and Clem bounded throughout the course of months) I would've expected his name than her biological father's name.
To add to this scene, one possibility that Clem could've done is ask Sarah to escape via the backdoor. Carver wouldn't have been too suspicious (possibly not enough to claim that the cabin was his people's and they could probably have moved up to the sky lodge anyway out of safe regard and Carver certainly doesn't find them yet.
I felt this scene (though intended to be powerful) was lazy. Carver was merely a dark figure who frightened two girls and threaten to (basically) kill them both. What would've been much more impactful, would be Carver taking both Clem and Sarah hostage and simply waits for the cabin survivors to fall into his trap. Carlo's doesn't comply and Sarah gets killed. One community hated character is out of the story and there isn't the whole fiasco at the ski lodge.Then Kenny could possibly find the cabin survivors while they were on the road after the escape from the hardware store. Imagine seeing Kenny after coming through the woods, instead of witnessing the basic genocide of his group in a matter of days and he falls into a depression.
The end of the story simply alters between most of the group ether concluding to go alone and Kenny goes in his own direction (still with his group) and Clem can decide to go with the Cabin Survivors or go with Kenny and his group.
She was 3 years into it when lee found her she was 8 and now 11
No Lee found her the day he first saw the dead. There hadn't even been a year gone by before they met. My comment merely indicated at how Clem had more interactions with Lee than her own family in the end of the world so I expected her father's name to be faint. It took me 25 months before I forgot my father's name near entirely.
Lee is overrated,Clementine parents still deserve the rate,i would reference my dad too if i hadn't see him in 16 months even the protector thingy
