I watch these videos when I am hungry during my intermittent fasts or in general when feeling disappointed or sad during my weight loss journey. I always have had a hard time being kind to myself. Just a reminder that I am not like these people help me with my overly critical self talk and makes me think Im atleast trying rather than chosing a life of excuses and delusion

Full honesty, there's nothing wrong with being positive about you being a little chubby because some people just aren't meant to be stick thin. But when you are fat, obese, morbidly obese, complaining about how the world treats you, that's when you grow up and realize the world isn't going to change for you, if you want to fit onto rides, airplanes, not get bullied. You need to loose the weight, yeah its hard but the results are rewarding.
Nothing cringey about 1:59 tho. Growing up fat is a struggle. Proud of giving up in trying to lose weight on the other hand is cringe and unhealthy.
