Cruz Azul did what they needed to do tonight and flexed on Rayados lol. Just need to finish it off at home in leg 2 very good offensively in the first half could have scored 1 or 2 more but got the all important first goal amazing defensively in the second half Cruz Azul had a good game plan it worked but also they're were scary moments late in the match but they got the luck sometimes you got to ride your luck that's what Cruz Azul did got the 1-0 lead going home. Should be an interesting Second leg.

For Monterrey yall shot yourself in the foot again in a semi final doesn't suprise me still got the leg 2 to change that but you couldn't find a way to break down that Cruz Azul wall it was very hard for yall to get a shot till you brought on Cordizo you started to create better chances and looks especially on that free kick made it more scary for Cruz Azul but in the end it wasn't good enough tonight for Monterrey you will regret that late game chance they didn't do enough to win tonight Cruz Azul did plan and simple.
