The adhesive gum tapes are pre attached to the dashcam. You can stick the dashcam to the front and rear windshield of your car.
If FPS is the issue then definitely go for 60 FPS...that will provide value in the long run.

I have 70mai a200 dash cam I want to know if my dash cam memory card is full so should I have to manually delete the previous recordings or is it overwrite the previous recordings for new recordings..
It overwrites automatically. This is called 'loop recording'

There are various aspects to consider.
IZI Drive has an advantage in terms of resolution, GPS availability, Bigger screen etc. But A200 has HDR support. Also there is a proper service support centre via nexdigitron in case of any issues. Not sure of how reliable/good the IZI support centre is.
So you have to decide based on these aspects.
