We identify individual aspects to everything. So a table and a chair as two separate things in relation to everything. But when we are not doing that, there is already everything. Free from the need for individual aspects to be identified. The identification of individual aspects is knowing, we are searching to know everything. Everything is already free from the need to be known. There is just absolute freedom, covered over by that search for knowing.

Well, it seems like the first time you got fooled 🤷🏼♂️. Ariana went from this message back to regular nonduality / awareness is everything scenario teachings, before she disappeared from You tube. She was in few videos with Theo Occult ( before he ended up in mental hospital, he was posting videos on CZcams even when he started going crazy, and then afterwards some interview talking about ending up in mental hospital, he was radical nonduality speakers as well when he started speaking ) She acknowledged in some of the videos that they made together, that the radical nonduality stuff was just mainly repeating what she heard from other speakers, and newer really “ experienced “ any benefit / the things speakers talk about like less thinking, absolute freedom, etc., it was all just pretend. But they both had the balls to come out with the truth 👍, I have to give them thumbs up for that, that’s almost unheard of in radical nonduality, most people bullshit until death 😂. There is lots of dishonesty, craziness, confusion, and pretending in radical nonduality . Don’t get fooled. Good luck.

The bit about therapy is funny, because there are Non-Dual therapists out there. Lock Kelly is very much interested in IFS therapy. I’ve heard some other talk saying stuck emotions are often the biggest barrier to this.
I guess there is something needed to help people where they are at. And that might be therapy. Or it might be that the trauma is in the body, so the awareness of it is hard to see, but has a massive input on the mind. So maybe somatic therapy would be helpful. I think the right therapy often allows people to accept what is.
If someone has a lot of trauma if you tell them it didn’t happen it can be very invalidating. I think sometimes it’s almost like you need validation of what happened, before it can be dissolved/collapsed.
Trauma is often when someone couldn’t feel ‘what is’ because it was unsafe for them to do so. The trauma is stuck, and needs validation and feeling to be released.
I think some non-dual teachers do meet people where they are at and suggest different tools along the ‘path’, I guess there is a time when you can hear this message, but before that maybe there is therapy,
I’m not quite there, as you can see. 😄 I do listen now and again (in-between therapy) just in case. Thank you!

So if listening to the message is what's happening, then that's what's happening. Or if going to therapy and healing trauma is what's happening, then that's what's happening. Are people like Marharshi, Nisargadatta etc talking about a different experience then?
I never really got into them myself to be honest but from my limited reading and understanding they seem to still come from a position of 'enlightenment' or 'liberation' which they then try to illuminate or teach others to realise or become aware of. Most of these so-called teachings seemed to be based on a model of awareness by which an individual can discover their 'true nature' by becoming aware that they are in fact awareness itself. This is total duality and a complete and utter dream. There's nothing wrong with it, it's just not happening at all. There is no awareness. There are no enlightened or liberated people. There's just what's happening.
@thisboundlessfreedom how is it known there is no knowing? If this unknowing concept arises just from separate minds, isn't what you are saying complete duality?

There is no experience of talking or not talking. So boredom completely collapses.
