the long awaited skz discography ranking video is finally here!! pt 2 is coming soon 🥳
skz is dropping a new album so i knew that i had to get this video out before it came out, i’ve been working on this video since december, before skz replay came out, so i had to add all of those songs to the list, and then they dropped the sound album, and they were releasing the songs one by one which just made adding those songs to the list so annoying, like the process was so annoying 😭

I appreciate that you made a ranking of their huge discography. It must have been pretty hard to rank so many songs. Some of the songs you ranked low were the ones i really love but that’s ok! Everyone has different music taste! Also i agree that some of their songs sound like roblox music 😭 i appreciate the effort you put in this video 🫶

As a Stay, I actually agree with some of your song choices for the ranking! I know that most BG stans love ballads and slow, romantic songs, but that's not my vibe at all (there are some exceptions ofc, I love Waiting for Us, Sorry I Love You and Secret Secret). So, to find a group that has few songs like those makes me incredibly happy and that's one of the reasons why I love their whole discography so much. In an industry where there are SO MANY boy groups, you gotta stand out and make bold decisions when making music, especially if the group is the one actually making their own sound. And that's why so many Kpop stans don't get their music cuz it's different from your usual boy group. Thanks for spending weeks and months making this video! 😊❤ Ps. TTATH was way too low on your list, you'll pay for your sins istg 😂😂😂

Maze of Memories is one of my favorite stray kids songs. I think it's a musical masterpiece. I think the main reason I like it is becasue of the string instruments in the background. It just adds that vibe... I've seen it ranked low, I've seen it ranked high! So it really just depends on people's tastes.

Ranking or not, I couldn't care less but thank you so much for this compilation of their discography!!! I was always pushing back going through all of their songs and since it takes like 10 sec for me to either like or dislike a song, this video helped a ton! Waiting for the second part.

maze of memories is like my favorite song ever so i was only a little disappointed with its ranking😢
Now I love me some ballads, really highlights vocals in a way some other music doesn't since the instrumentals take more of a backseat, but Awkward Silence was the first one that real deal offended me. Can't be mad because overplaying kills it for you real quick. Not many of my top faves made it in this portion which is a relief (most of them were in the later half of the video but many are not here yet). I agree on how is their discography so damn huge, especially since they're self-produced so they're putting all that work in THEMSELVES, and liking them makes them look like an ult, but statistically with all these songs they're bound to have a few dozen bangers. Can't wait for pt 2!

After seeing the songs placed on the lower part of the ranking, i realized we have similar ish vibes. I like some of the ballads tho like gone away but the slower and sadder sounding songs arent my cup of tea. I LOVE THEM but i usually end up skipping them or not adding them to my playlists. I barely ever listen to songs like Grow Up and Lovestay because i dont wanna be crying in the middle of my playlist and it wasnt until AFTER i saw them live that I added Waiting for Us to my playlists and started listening to it more.
TTATH was a grower on me tho. Didnt like it as much at first but i eventually got addicted

when I first heard SKZ songs I didn't know anything about them but I played their songs every day for 8 months straight srsly. The songs that literally got me so hooked on SKZ were mostly from their earlier albums. now, two years later I do still listen to them on my free time esp when I walk but rarely cause my life is just too busy haha. A couple of days ago I listened to their songs after a while but didn't hit as much like other times before when I realised it's cause I've moved on from those situations I was in which made me resonate so much with those songs. Their songs though don't resonate with me much these days would still be reminders of where I was and how far I've come, so they hold a special place in my heart and am always grateful and thankful I got to find them when I needed them most. so, I really can't rank their songs but thanks to you I got to do my own with my own personal opinions on each of them years later haha

I actually like most of the songs that you dislike 😅 Some of them impressed me a lot back in the days when I was discovering SKZ. And sometimes I love the song but hate the video (Your Eyes, For You, Broken Compass) or love the video but can't stand the song (Chill, Freeze). Songs like Grow Up or School Life are not my vibe, I don't get the phenomenon of Awkward Silence and Gone Days. My top are Han's songs 🥰 Alien, Wish you back, Close (I guess I'll find it in the next part) are constantly playing on my playlist. Also, Love Untold is so addictive 😋

So many of my favourite songs so low, my sunshine, alien, maze of memories, freeze, waiting for us, 3rd eye😭...but hey it's okay , everyone has different taste and preferences. Luckily Skz got pretty long discography with many genres and styles. Like honestly I woudn't be able to do ranking like this, I just love too many of their songs...ranking isn't as easy as it seem. And yes, SKZ are 4th gen but 3Racha was producing even before SKZ debuted so they have a ton of songs. They are the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd most credited 4th gen idols. Bang Chan has 144, Changbin has 125 and HAN has 122 songs credits respectively at the moment of January 2023. That's very impresive

For songs some of my favs are Ssick, Astronaut, TA, TOP, insomnia, airplane, and Booster and probably for MV’s watch the ones for their title tracks but I also really like some of cute ones from around debut time like Get Cool, Awkward Silence, and Boxer
I would recommend Miroh, Astronaut and Top - "Tower of god " OP I love these songs but honestly in my opinion all of their songs are Really good you should check them out!
