Do you have any idea what are those blue pipes at the shoreline that all lead to the sea? Boracay used to have those pipes until Digong noticed them and have them all removed.
i don’t have any idea what those blue pipes are for…I’m fully aware about what happened in Boracay. But don’t u worry, me and my friends are planning to visit this place again and I’ll ask them ur concerns
