yeah and I wish all the people in ebisu town would get cured of the effects of the SMILES by ceaser clown since he is the one who had made them, so I wish ceaser would go to wano to cure every person in ebisu so we could see toko not smiling
Just imagine Toko in her anger, fear, disgust and sad expressions. She can even, in her OWN will, be happy whenever she wants.
you can't get cured from the effects of a devil fruit, whether artifical or not, or else chopper wouldve try to do something about that
But@@naughtiusmaximus3690 chopper found ways to modify their devil fruit abilities affects on themselves and since ceaser found some way to actually make a devil fruit with real zoan effects their could be a way for them to work together to cure the ailments of all the people who suffered the ailments of the SMILE fruit by creating a new drug that fixes it

Coby is defo an admiral by the end of the story, and I would give helmeppo vice admiral imo. But I love all your idea, and the designs all look amazing!!
idk if he's strong enough by eos, maybe if they do like a time skip future type thing it would make sense, but i doubt. The best I can give him by then is vice admiral, I feel like it's a bit of a rush to put him as an admiral by then.
@@papisandal5226 I think out of any character coby's growth is the quickest. He's been shown to have exceptional haki, personally I think by the end of the story he'll be around vice admiral level if there is no timeskip, and I think he'll achieve his dream well before reaching 40 years old

@@papisandal5226 I don't think strength matters. His dream was to become an admiral so he's gonna become an admiral.
Coby is obviously similar to Garp in terms of strength and skillset, although I feel like Garp relied heavily on brute strength, whereas an analytical and strategic guy like Coby would succeed his master by using everything at his disposal (Haki and the Six Powers). If Garp could've become an Admiral but refused, Coby would easily be an admiral at this point.
I can already imagine Toko, Johnny and Yusaku having Zoro and Perona "arrested", although in reality it is a casual meeting in the barracks where they are working and Zoro has gone to get drunk with his friends, the first three trying not to let anyone find out that Zoro is not there to be prosecuted and arrested, but to talk, Perona and Toko becoming friends and trying to keep Zoro from walking in the barracks as if it were his home, although he is capable and careless and has to go look for the disoriented marimo. And I can also imagine Tashigi and Zoro arguing, as usual.
Love to see those scenes to be canon 🥹🥹🥹

Love the designs very confused and somewhat interested in the thought process behind Toko joining the Marines.
Maybe she was inspired by vegapunks curing the smile fruits and wanna follow in his footsteps
Maybe somewhere around the time somebody made a cure for the failed SMILE Devil Fruits.
If I have to make a guess, she probably joined to help make sure incidents like what happened to her and the other citizens of Wano during Kaido's rule does not happen again.
If you consider that by now the Marines changed from being lapdogs of a corrupt ruler it makes sense. Would Toko join the Marines after the defeat of Kaido and Orochi only for Wano to be conquered by the more greedy Tenryubito?
Also the fact Johnny & Yosaku joining too is another clue. I mean they wanted to help in taking down Arlong but vitnessed the Wiesel marine being bribed by Arlong, not to mention confiscating Nami's sum and basically keeping it for himself, instead of considering a compensation for what piracy has done to the Island.
I think more and more citizens from Wano will join the Marines after the country opened up to the world.
Spanda getting lower and lower on the hierarchy is the best part of this.

I can see Helneppo being a VA. But l can also see Kolby being an Admiral if he accepted it. Sentomaru is another Admiral candidate. Along with Smoker of course.
I think Koby will definitely become an Admiral. But I personally think it would be too soon for him to be an Admiral at 39 yrs. old. Maybe lets give him 5 yrs. more?
Well I’m not so sure about Smoker, he got his ass handed to him by Doffy and even Law. And I doubt he‘ll get much stronger till the end of the story, because he‘s the type of guy who relies very much on his powers and doesn’t train as much as Coby. But Coby and Sentomaru are definitely candidates

Coby will definitely be an admiral sooner or later, maybe even at the end of OP depending on the circumstances. That said, I seriously doubt he will be as powerful as the current admirals. In 5-10 years? Yes. At the end of OP? Definitely not.
Smoker would be a joke. He might be a worthy admiral in terms of duty and principles but power wise? Hell no. Not only has he average haki but probably the weakest logia with pretty much zero offensive potential. The only dangerous part about him is his sea stone weapon. A decently strong haki user like virgo is already enough to wipe the floor with him. He is also much older than luffy and Co. so he wont grow neither as much nor as fast as them. If being ridiculously strong is mandatory then he will never be an admiral.
Sentomaru: Same as coby but less potential. Maybe he will get another appearance in the final saga, but I doubt he is going to be relevant.

The defining characteristic of his crew is that every member would have some form of perception haki.

After Hina turned them down for good Fullbody let go a little too much, i imagined Coby would be Vice-Admiral, i think that like Garp he wouldn't be interested in becoming Admiral and i think he lacks that absolute power that Admirals have, my guess is Smoker is one of the Admirals since an Awakening would make that fruit have that absolute power.
If I remember correctly Coby‘s dream is to become an admiral, I’m pretty sure Oda will let this dream become true
Right now, the smoke logia is one of the weakest fruits you can have in the new world. The OP factor logias had is gone in the new world due to haki , but smoke has pretty much no offensive/destruction potential. Easily the weakest logia so far. The only positive aspect of this fruit that it allows smoker to fly.
About awakening:
1. We dont even know if logias can be awakened. Most logias are already as strong or stronger than a awakened paramecia/zoan so there is a fairly high chance that they dont have awakening.
2. Lets assume they have an awakening. I dont see how an awakening can (massively) improve the offensive potential of smoke. The ability to cover a huge area with smoke would be completely useless, because all the powerhouses have observation haki. They dont have to be able to see the enemy they can just feel where they are.
That said, it was stated that you dont need a DF to be strong ( kaido even said that haki is much more important than a DF).
The problem is that smoker doesnt seem to be particularely skilled in haki. he is also much older than all the youngsters so a big and fast growth is unlikely. To be honest, coby has much more potential than smoker. I dont understand why you think that he wont have absolute power in the future. (5-10 years, he wont be admiral level at the end of OP).
Shanks, Prime Garp and Prime Reyleigh were probably at least as strong as the current admirals, roger was definitely stronger. Why shouldnt that be possible for coby?

Koby might not be Admiral at EOS, but 21 years from now he definitely is. He trained under Garp, he had one of the craziest glow-ups, fastest ranking marine in the show so far, has shown to know Haki and was sent to capture Boa. The navy wouldn't just send anyone to capture a Warlord, so that shows that the navy believes Coby is on par with Boa or stronger.
Koby got did dirty, he won't even achieve his dream in 21 years
His dream was to be a Marine. I think that’s mission accomplished.

Interesting choice of ranks. 21 years is a long time, and I would assume much has changed within the Navy. As such I'm surprised you gave the rank of Vice Admiral to Koby instead of Admiral. Similarly I would assume Helmeppo would have become a Vice Admiral in that time.
I think it's possible by the end of one piece there might not even be a world government, considering who luffy is now
