    I have used this many times and it's awesome for many colors...however picking it up from the paper to put onto your shirt is not easy AND it doesn't last as long as vinyl. That being said, it's still more convenient.

    • @SilhouetteSchool
      @SilhouetteSchool  Před 3 lety

      Yup you need some type of a mask material..this is where the Uninet iColor White Toner printer really comes in handy. The other option would be to use a sublimation printer and sublimate on white glitter HTV and apply that to the shirt. There are a few other options for ease of use - but the inkjet printable I showed here is the least expensive option if you don't have a sublimation printer or a white toner printer www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/p/melissas-fleet-of-printers-for.html

    What does it mean if white is not a vibrant white and you can see the shirt behind it? For example- I had a navy shirt and did a printable dark htv with a sail boat- the sails were white and when transferred came out grainy and could see the shirt through it. I hope that makes sense.

    • @SilhouetteSchool
      @SilhouetteSchool  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi there, yes, this particular material is "for darks". You don't necessarily need to match the shirt with the offset. You could use a different color entirely. Depends on your design and how you'd like it to look.

    Hi I love your video I very new to this. I was wondering I am working with some EMS people that have lost love ones from 911 I have to make t shirts in dark colors and dew rags. I see there is a lot of different paper you can use. What do you recommend? I do have the SISER EASYSUBLI which I find hard to use cause you need to heat it up after printing and then cut it and my pictures are not coming out the same colors. I do have a silhouette Cameo and a Sawgrass sg 800. My other questions is do you think it is easier to use Vinyl on the shirts or the picture the vinyl has to be 3 colors red white and blue. Please help I am so confused how to do this Thank you so much PS I think the heat transfer paper would be easy but I know it does cost a lot I have to make 42 t shirts and 300 dew rags Fun Right

      You will have to use HTV or transfers for dark colored fabrics as you can't sublimate directly onto darks. Multiple color HTV is going to be time consuming. You may want to consider outsourcing the transfers www.silhouetteschoolblog.com/2020/01/why-small-silhouette-businesses-should.html

    Hello from 🇨🇦,
    I have an Epson WF-7720 and I am having difficulty getting the printer to pick up the Siser Easysubli from the paper tray.
    I have tried the main tray, as well as the rear tray, and the printer keeps sending me an error message or says the paper is jammed.
    I want to print directly to the Easysubli. I don’t want to utilize the other method of printing to sublimation paper then pressing to the Easysubli unless I have no other alternative.
    Do have any suggestions to get this to work for me? I have been looking for answers to this question forever! (and by forever I mean the last 24 hours 🤣)
    Any help or advice is greatly appreciated😊

      I don't use the Epson so it's tough to say - but you might want to take everything else out of the tray and see if that helps to let the rollers grab the easysubli more easily.

    • @SilhouetteSchool
      @SilhouetteSchool  Před 3 lety +1

      Usually what happens is people get a Silhouette machine and then start adding on from there..the reason this process is nice is it only require a Silhouette machine, and home printer which most people also have. Then all that would be necessary is a a heat press or Easypress which is usually the second item people buy after a CAMEO. The reason this process is nice is b/c it's an alternative to sublimation or white toner and those printers jump to a start up of at least $500.
