Today, I bought ingredients for seafood noodles at supermarkets and seafood markets!
I went to the fish market because there was no octopus in the supermarket.
▼ Ingredients for seafood ramen
Shin Ramyun black, yellow crab, clams, octopus, shrimp, sea squirt, abalone, bean sprouts, spicy peppers, mushrooms, cabbage
▼ Cooking order
1. Add the trimmed seafood and add olive oil.
2. Put garlic and Shin Ramyun soup base on top of olive oil.
3. Add water immediately when the soup looks like chili oil.
4. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
It was really good!

スーパーマーケットにタコがなくて水産物市場に行きました
▼海鮮ラーメンの具材
辛ラーメンブラック、ベニズワイガニ、アサリ、タコ、エビ、エボヤシ、アワビ、もやし、辛い唐辛子、キノコ、白菜
▼調理手順
1.手入れした海産物を入れて、オリーブオイルを入れる。
2.オリーブ油の上にニンニクと辛ラーメンフレークを入れる。
3.スープがラー油のようになったらすぐ水を入れる
4.5分煮込みの終わり

오늘은 대형마트와 수산물시장 두 곳을 들려서 해물라면 재료를 구해왔습니다.
(대형마트에 문어가 없어서 수산물시장 다녀온거임;;ㅠㅎㅎ)
-해물라면 재료
신라면 블랙, 황게, 바지락, 문어, 새우, 오만둥이, 전복, 숙주나물, 매운고추, 버섯, 배추
-조리 순서
1.손질 한 해산물을 넣고, 올리브유를 둘러준다.
2.올리브유 위에 마늘과 신라면 스프를 투척
3.스프가 고추기름처럼 되면 바로 물 넣어주기
4.5분 끓이기 끝
일반 신라면을 사용하려다가 조금 더 사골맛을 내고싶어서 블랙으로 만들어보았어요 ㅎㅎ
