Not only do we both have the same model vanswefitness ns-rb661 Recumbent Bike (and mine just arrived the other day) -- but ......... we have the same wooden dinner trays. Go figure. But seriously, thank you for the stills on your bike, amigo. I'm doing the mental plotting of putting my machine together after reading the directions and found your CZcams contribution. May sound corny -- but stuff like this ... even stills ... the progression of prepping does matter and certainly makes a difference in the assembly processes -- especially now, in June 2020 ... I don't dare go back to my gym until the CDC rings the 'all clear of Covid-19' bells. So there. So happy biking-! And thanks twice. BEST-! D.A.
Glad I was able to be of some help. I've had my bike over a year now and she's running great. There are video's on youtube where you can bike all over the world without ever leaving your living room.

Silly me, at the gym, I'd put a movie on there on my phone -- usually something like a movie that meant something to me as a human being, let alone as a filmmaker ... and start my journey. I dunno about you -- but, there's something special about all them endorphins being released in the brain all the while you're reliving your favorite film. By the by -- does your Bike have a name ..? I was thinking just now, (after you called your bike a 'her' -- like they do a ship) to name mine something kewl ... as of yet TBD. Hey, amigo ... thanks twice for making the viddie. It made my pinhead-like brain start plotting of how to put it together. Best-!!! D.A. ps: Were those YELLOW ONIONS I saw on one of your shelves? If so, one of these days -- consider MARINADING an Onion (of any kind) thinly sliced in OIL & VINEGAR -- be it Red Wine, Balsamic, etc., and adding to your sandwiches or salads or whatever. Yumm-City.
Any idea where I can find a copy of the assembly manual? Had to take mine apart to move it and having trouble getting the seat adjustment handle back on correctly. Thx
