It doesn't really get better than this, it might get fancier but the food quality and the needed nutrition is there for even not to successful teams, which is good. The fact that they don't have to cook their food is freaking amazing already, cooking, cleaning and preparing 4k calories a day will take hours of your time a day, not to mention grocery shopping, counting macros and etc. It takes even more time if you try making the food taste good. Being able to just train and then have everything ready for recovery is way too underestimated by everyone.
Even in the off-season most disciplined players have personal chefs or meal preps delivered weekly to where all they have to do is reheat the meals.
Anyone else taking note of the meals at the end? Perfect meal plans to try and imitate, if these dishes are good enough for NFL players, that's top quality stuff for us non-athletes.
Don't forgete moderation is key because you'll be consuming the same amount of calories these players consume but not burning as much as they do. You'll get fat

It’s not uncommon for a kitchen that produces its own pasta to have boxes on hand in case the machine breaks.
It's for the players that are gluten intolerant and can't have regular fresh made pasta (has lots of gluten) so I'm guessing it's to provide a gluten free pasta to those who can't tolerate it

They are designed to taste really good, but to also assist in recovery and to cut down on body inflammation that is so common in football due to all of the hits you take. It's like the perfect combo. The food is almost all organic and hormone free. It's like a dream come true if you love food. Plus, you're burning a ton of calories, so you can eat a ton.

As a trained chef, it's nice to see these chefs getting appreciated for their job. Nobody can imagine how hard some of us work and how much you need to know to make good and healthy food for hundreds of people. Still it's the best job in the world because it just never gets boring and the team spirit is just one of a kind.

This was over 15 years ago - but at a Hotel I worked at I saw a breakfast served to a NFL team staying there to play the hometown team and the breakfast served before the big game - besides the morning staples they had pasta, fried and bake chicken - steak - a ton of food.
Having all your food prepared for you must be so sweet, you just wake up and eat top quality food perfectly prepared.

Tough job I work for a company for about 8 years and I moved up through the Minor League Baseball system until I was an executive chef of a AAA team, on the baseball offseason I would go help out with college Sports and or basketball I did NASCAR one time, anyway incredibly difficult job you have to be very dedicated very organized and I would not believe the amount of staff that you have to be responsible for hats off to the chef.

How does one season a couch?
Gregory King session and season are two different words with different meanings. To have a session on the couch just means you spent a particular time on it doing something usually sitting/laying down watching TV. For example when stranger things came out I had a full 8 hour session binge watching on my couch. But if you were to season a couch my guess would be some baking soda or foot powder maybe some fabric Febreeze spray or something?

I’ve had the pleasure once of hanging out with the Carolina Panthers in 2008 before their game against the Cardinals. The morning of the game I was giving a “meal” by one of the players that wasn’t hungry....FIRE! Food was amazing. These guys really do take their craft seriously and are underrated parts of these teams. Keep it up

I think keeping the players happy and healthy is a win by itself, no matter what the score is. In every league there is always first and last team.
I like in the intro they showed the pans hanging with the lids looped through the handles. I never thought to do that.
